Trump Defends Himself Against Ohio Dems Nan Whaley, Sherrod Brown (Hake News, Thur, Aug 8, 2019)
James reads news at the top (beginning) of each hour for The Jesse Lee Peterson Show, then hosts the fourth hour for The Hake Report.

(Drudge) UPDATE: Castro outed own supporter to shame Trump… Well, really to shame and self-righteously attack Trump supporters! (Fox News) Trump donors whose names and employers were posted in a highly controversial tweet by Democratic Rep. Joaquin Castro blasted the Texas congressman on Wednesday for what they described as a “ridiculous” stunt and, in interviews with Fox News, rejected his claim that they are “fueling a campaign of hate that labels Hispanic immigrants as ‘invaders.’” One of those Trump donors even revealed he's also been a supporter of local Democratic lawmakers — including Castro himself! That guy said, “I was also on a list of people that gave to Castro and if he dislikes me enough that he wants to put my name out there against Trump, I’m not going to give money to him. Obviously Castro feels pretty strongly against me.” According to Federal Election Commission records, that man donated $1,000 to Castro’s campaign in September 2011. “I’m pretty independent, but I support Trump,” the San Antonio man explained. “I think some of the Democratic rhetoric is more hateful than some of Trump’s rhetoric,” he said. Another guy who was outed in Joaquin’s tweet responded, “I feel pretty good about what I’ve done, and who I support,” he said. “Everybody else is pretty open with what they believe in on the other side, so why can’t I? What’s the problem?” THANK YOU!
Also, TRUMP tweeted about Joaquin yesterday evening! The president wrote, “I don’t know who Joaquin Castro is other than the lesser brother of a failed presidential candidate (1%) who makes a fool of himself every time he opens his mouth. Joaquin is not the man that his brother is, but his brother, according to most, is not much. Keep fighting Joaquin!”
You probably saw this yesterday on Jesse’s show… (Drudge) 'DEATH CAMPS FOR TRUMP SUPPORTERS' FLIERS IN NEW YORK… (InfoWars) Numerous fliers that say “death camps for Trump supporters now!!!” have been posted on street posts and parking meters in Patchogue, New York. The fliers feature the threatening text in red and a stylized image of Trump’s face as a skeleton. The photos were taken by a member of the Shock Theater collective, a group that does haunted house tours and horror scenarios, but the company said it was not responsible for creating or posting the fliers. Suffolk County police said they weren’t alerted to the fliers, which now appear to have been removed. Just remember: Love trumps hate! (They also kill babies in the name of love, and we’re not as innocent as babies, so watch out!)
(Drudge) BIDEN: PRESIDENT FUELING 'CARNAGE' (AP) Former Vice President Joe Biden says President Donald Trump is “fueling a literal carnage” in America with his incendiary rhetoric and racist attacks. The Democratic presidential front-runner says in Iowa that Trump is incapable of offering the moral leadership that has defined the presidency over the course of history. Biden says Trump’s “low energy” repudiation of the white supremacy connected to the El Paso massacre is not credible given the president’s attacks on immigrants and people of color. (Remember, Joe Biden was Barack ‘Black Lives Matter’ Obama’s VP, and Biden told blacks in Danville, VA, that Republicans are “gonna put y’all back in chains.” He said it’s a good thing that whites are becoming a minority (2015). He made the Charlottesville riot the reason he’s running. Moral leadership...)
(AP) The president and first lady Melania Trump flew to El Paso, Texas, Wednesday afternoon after visiting the Dayton, Ohio, hospital where many of the victims of Sunday’s attack in that city were treated. Of course there were some dumb protestors, and stupid statements by Democrats like Sherrod Brown (an actual white male) and Mayor Nan Whaley.
Thu, Aug 8, Hour 1:
A white male Trump supporter cleans up Baltimore. Shameful the people can’t do it themselves!
An atheist caller claims Jesse oversimplifies things, and they debate after the guy says there’s overwhelming evidence we weren’t created! Who put the egg and sperm in your mother and father?
Photos of Ohio Democrats Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley and Senator Sherrod Brown (both white), who’ve attacked Trump for his supposed “rhetoric” supposedly contributing to the hate and shootings.
TOP OF SECOND HOUR NEWS: Thursday, August 8, 2019 –
(Drudge) Partisan fight explodes over Trump’s Dayton hospital visit… (Daily Mail) After Sherrod Brown and Nan Whaley attacked Trump behind his back, the president responded about his visit to Dayton: 'The love, the respect for the office of the presidency, I wish you could have been in there to see it,' he said to reporters - who the White House had banned from witnessing his visit because it was 'not a photo opportunity.' He said that Brown and Whaley had asked to tour the hospital with him, and had told people that they 'couldn't believe' what they saw. 'The entire hospital was so proud of the job they did,' he said. Trump then said: 'I turned on the television and there they were saying "oh I don't know if it was appropriate for the president to be there," etc etc, you know, the same old line. They're very dishonest people and that's probably why he got I think maybe zero percent and failed as a presidential candidate.' Trump also tweeted saying “their news conference after I left for El Paso was a fraud.” He proceeded to compliment the people he met there.
Of course there were Protesters chanting… against Trump, with their ignorant anger…
(Drudge) Tucker Carlson calls white supremacy 'hoax'... NICE, thank you! (The Week) On Tuesday’s show Tucker said the white supremacy thing is “right up there with Russia” and “not a real problem at all.” He said every member of a white supremacist organization could fit into a football stadium. "This is a hoax," Carlson stated. "Just like the Russia hoax. It's a conspiracy theory used to divide the country and keep a hold on power." Democrats, RINOs, and Never Trumpers in the liberal media (including National Review) of course tried to debunk what he said. CNN’s Brian Stelter countered that the El Paso shooter was not a member of a white supremacist group, but somehow assumes he was still an unaffiliated “white supremacist.” (So-called “white supremacy” is not the problem! Anger is!)
(Drudge) Trump Endorses Background Checks, Rules Out Assault Weapons Ban… (Bloomberg via MSN) “I’m looking to do background checks,” the president told reporters as he departed the White House on Wednesday to visit the two violence-stricken cities El Paso and Dayton. “I think background checks are important.” But he said there’s “no political appetite” to renew a ban on military-style rifles, such as Clinton’s which expired in 2004, but he said, “I will certainly bring that up.” (DON’T DO IT!) Ohio Governor Mike DeWine issued a 17-point plan to infringe on our gun rights Tuesday that includes background checks for gun purchases and a so-called “red flag” law that would allow courts to take firearms from people reported as potentially dangerous. Trump, though, has previously endorsed expanded background checks only to reverse course after hearing from the National Rifle Association (of which I’m a member).
After the 2018 Parkland, Florida high school shooting, Trump publicly endorsed a host of gun-safety measures opposed by the gun-rights group, only to retreat following a private dinner with NRA leaders. But the NRA is currently experiencing leadership and financial turmoil.
A 'Red flag' plan has support in Congress… Trump said Monday, “We must make sure that those judged to pose a grave risk to public safety do not have access to firearms and that if they do those firearms can be taken through rapid due process.” Lindsey Graham, chairman of the powerful Senate Judiciary Committee, said that many mass shootings “involved individuals who showed signs of violent behavior that are either ignored or not followed up on. State red flag laws will provide the tools for law enforcement to do something about many of these situations before it’s too late.” Supporters include a growing number of Republicans, including Pennsylvania’s Pat Toomey, Indiana’s Mike Braun, Iowa’s Chuck Grassley, a former Judiciary chairman, South Dakota’s John Thune, the second-ranking Senate Republican, and Ohio’s Rob Portman.

Jesse comments about the last hour’s atheist caller, saying life is simple.
Jesse plays part of a music video that Joel participated in, by Isaac Palmer, “Too Far.”
More great callers and stories, thank you!
TOP OF THIRD HOUR NEWS: Thursday, August 8, 2019 –
(Drudge) White House drafting order on tech industry 'censorship'... Interesting. (Politico) White House drafting executive order to tackle Silicon Valley’s alleged anti-conservative bias. The White House is circulating drafts of a proposed executive order that would address allegations of anti-conservative bias by social media companies (they’re not allegations; there’s plenty of evidence for the anti-conservative bias; we’ve all experienced it) — a month after President Donald Trump pledged to explore "all regulatory and legislative solutions" on the issue. A White House official said, “If the internet is going to be presented as this egalitarian platform and most of Twitter is liberal cesspools of venom, then at least the president wants some fairness in the system. But look, we also think that social media plays a vital role... and an increasing responsibility to the culture that has helped make them so profitable and so prominent." Meanwhile, leftists claim they are too slow to remove so-called “hate speech,” which in their deluded minds include Trump's own tweets.
Yesterday I reported the the leftists targeted 8chan after the El Paso shooting, even though the alleged manifesto was uploaded to Instagram first, and the killer did not post it to 8chan. Cloudflare and others pulled service to 8chan, and so all week their website 8ch.net has been down. The owner Jim Watkins was sent a letter by the House Homeland Security Committee to speak to Congressmen about how he handles so-called racist and violent messages.
Trump earlier this year signed an executive order meant to promote free speech on college campuses by requiring schools to agree to promote free inquiry in order to receive federal research funding — something the schools were already supposed to do. But they don’t. They have so-called “free speech zones.”
(Drudge) White House is Hosting 'online extremism' roundtable… on Friday. Interesting. (Politico) The discussion comes after President Donald Trump directed the Justice Department to work with online platforms and state and local governments to "develop tools that can detect mass shooters before they strike." "We must recognize that the internet has provided a dangerous avenue to radicalize disturbed minds and perform demented acts," Trump said. "We must shine light on the dark recesses of the internet and stop mass murders before they start."
(Drudge) TEXAS TIPPING POINT? I’ve been reporting about this… (The Hill) In just the last week, Reps. Kenny Marchant (R), Pete Olson (R), Will Hurd (a black RINO, good riddance) and Mike Conaway (R) have said they will retire rather than seek a new term in 2020. There’s been a whole lot of liberals moving to Texas just like they did in Florida, I hear, including Socialist-leaning Latinos. The liberals are hoping the El Paso shooting helps turn Texas blue. Idiots.
(Drudge) Orange County, CA, in historic shift, now has more registered Dems… than Republicans. I believe I’ve touched on this too... (L.A. Times) The county that nurtured Ronald Reagan’s conservatism and is the resting place of Richard Nixon is now home to 547,458 registered Democrats, compared with 547,369 Republicans, according to statistics released early Wednesday morning by the county Registrar of Voters (which no doubt is run by liberals, so that office is probably excited). The number of voters not aligned with a political party has also surged in recent years, and stands at 440,711, or 27.4% of the county’s voters. Democrats attributed the shift to changing demographics (whole lot of illegals, immigrants, and anchor babies), aggressive recruitment efforts and President Trump’s truth-telling. Many Republican voters are leaving the state because of high housing costs, poor schools and lackluster job opportunities. One guy said, “We’ve been an out-migration state for 20 years, and that’s particularly acute in the suburbs. There is an opportunity as Democrats get more aggressive in Sacramento and alienate more people.” But the Republicans are mostly RINOs and cowards here.

The Hake Report, 9 AM PT, Thursday, August 8, 2019, in the fourth hour of The Jesse Lee Peterson Show video stream (live audio on jlptalk.com), audio and video podcast via The Hake Report channels and podcast platforms.
People Don’t Think for Themselves.
(Drudge) RESEARCH: Mass Shootings Contagious… (NPR) Scientists say mass shootings usually occur in clusters. Intensive media coverage seems to drive the spread. Researchers have looked at mass killings (in which four or more people are killed), school shootings, and mass shootings (in which at least three were shot).
Researcher Sherry Towers found “evidence of contagion” with “high-profile mass killings” and “school shootings." Criminologist Jillian Peterson pointed out multiple shootings in America were inspired by the Christchurch, NZ, terrorist.
It’s like suicide — Robin Williams killed himself, and there was a 10% spike in suicides in the following months.
Chester Bennington the Linkin Park guy committed suicide not long after the other guy Chris Cornell did. And these people are liberals. Voting! Tweeting!
REMINDS ME OF THE #METOO movement!
Jillian Peterson interviewed mass shooters in prison and people who knew such perpetrators and has found that these individuals often start out feeling suicidal. "We can show about 80 percent were actively suicidal prior to the shooting," she says. "About half of the school shooters” that one man “studied died by suicide in their attack."
And look at how we’re directed as to what to talk about and think about when we follow the news!
Caller Log courtesy of Jesse’s producer Nick
Ted from Arizona speaks on revelations and the end of the world. Ted believes the prophecy has been fulfilled and we are truly in the end times. James asks Ted how he knows he is a real Christian.
Scott from Colorado touches on the violence that's happening lately. James remarks it's scaring conservatives into going along with the takedown of our rights. Scott is worried that once these red flag laws get passed then it's over for us. James mentions the opportunity presented to us with what's going on to call out evil. We are losing Texas and California but James says they deserve it for allowing evil in. Scott talks about how he became a felon but is now able to vote. He isn’t allowed to own guns due to the felony charge and that makes him feel beta.
Robin from Canada reveals how Canadian media portrays American shootings. She goes on to speak on the ridiculous gun laws in Canada. She remarks on the USA and how it was looked up to as an example. They touch on some insane stories of people in Canada getting in trouble for dumb laws.
Matt from North Carolina… douche comes on swearing about nonsense…
Alex from San Antonio, California mentions how our second amendment is already infringed. Alex speculates that a lot of what's going on is due to the election coming up. James criticizes conservatives as well for being part of the problem. People criticize the NRA but the NRA is the people. The ACLU and the ADL are much more destructive.
Paul from Santa Ana, California tried to turn things around where he was living by going Trump in 2016. If this is a real awakening then Paul could be one of the real republicans. Paul describes a video he saw on a bus driver that Trump gave 10k to for saving a suicidal woman’s life.
RC from South Carolina calls about the debates over gun control. He thinks its crazy how Democrats want law abiding citizens to feel afraid when they go out. James remarks on how we are losing our rights but we are also losing our morality. He also touches on gun laws and how he wants Americans to have the most effective weapon as good as any cartel member.
Brian from Chicago thought he was gonna be in for the long haul. He and his parents were all in the military. He remembers a time when speaking of your president would bring you a sense of pride. He mentions the violence in Chicago and how one night 70 shots rang through the night. James can tell Brian is old school and loves the country.
Maze from Dayton, Ohio is wondering why James thought she was dead. She asks why she's supposed to sit back and let whites be angry. She wants whites to share and stop wanting to be supreme then they will be at peace. Whites share more than anyone but Maze isn't buying it. James wonders if Maze goes out to tell all this to POCs. James says she is traumatized and hates whites people. Maze wonders what makes James above God.
Nissan from the Bronx, New York touches on the congolese woman that scaled the statue of liberty. Nissan mentions that legal immigration is a problem and James wants the border closed completely. We are letting in people that hate America and our school systems is brainwashing Americans into letting this happen.
I’ll deal with this following section more tomorrow...
Another Example of People Not Thinking for Themselves
The ex-girlfriend of the shooter. Mentally ill!
(Heavy) Adelia Johnson, Connor Betts’ Ex-Girlfriend — she wrote a blog post in the far-left platform Medium: “My Ex-Boyfriend was the Dayton Shooter: This is not an excuse for Connor Betts. This is just the Connor that I knew.”
She said “We...were very open about our mental illnesses…. he had bipolar disorder and possibly OCD…. Joking about personal mental illnesses is one of the biggest coping tools in the mental health toolbelt…. So, when he started joking about his dark thoughts, I understood. Dark thoughts for someone with a mental illness are just a symptom that we have to learn how to manage. Joking about wanting to hurt people was just heard as, ‘I have uncomfortable thoughts that are inappropriate to express, but I need to joke about them otherwise they’re too scary and real.’ People who do not have a mental illness do not understand this sense of humor. … He trusted me with so much of his darkness that I forgot most of it.”
“Connor and I kept our relationship on the down-low due to the polyamorous nature of it. I was engaged to another man while dating Connor, and all parties involved knew about the situation. Everything was consensual, even if it was a bit of an adjustment.” (So white, so Huff Post!)
They went to a bar, and she said, “We ended up getting into a political debate with a Republican. Connor really knew his stuff and he was impressed when I knew mine. …. A couple of drinks later, Connor asked me if I saw the video of the synagogue shooting.” So he showed it to her!
“By then end of the night, I was trashed from accidentally drinking too much from anxiety. He seemed way soberer than I was.”
Johnson Says She Broke Up With Betts (via TEXT) Because He Became Too Aggressive.
