A Mexican man died in border patrol custody. Savage Travis doesn’t think we should spend a moment of time talking about him. Wash. Post reports he was apprehended for “illegal reentry.” (Re-entering the country after being deported is a felony, I believe.) (NBC News) He died in a Texas hospital. (USA Today) This is the third migrant who has died in as many months.
This fashion guy died at age 85. He had remarkable quotes Drudge linked: What France 24 claims is “The wit and wisdom of Karl Lagerfeld: his best quotes” (it’s a matter of opinion).
On intellectuals: "I hate intellectual conversation with intellectuals because I only care about my opinion."
On learning languages: "Anyone who is not at least trilingual is a hick."
On Andy Warhol: "I shouldn't say this, but physically he was quite repulsive."
On short men: "I have a terrible loathing of ugly short men... women can be short but for men it is impossible. It is something that they will never forgive in life... they are mean and they want to kill you."
On children: "Having adult children makes you look 100 years old. I don't want that."
On love: "The only love I really believe in is a mother's love for her children."
(Daily Mail) Karl Lagerfeld dies aged 85 from pancreatic cancer in Paris, France. He said in a 2018 interview he wants to be buried alongside his mother and his beloved cat, which he sometimes referred to as his 'daughter.' Spice Girl-turned-designer Victoria Beckham lead a host of tributes to the late fashion designer, calling him generous and a genius. This man reportedly saved Chanel, spent thirty years as its artistic director and was notorious for his acid tongue. He was a homosexual, pro-prostitution, and pro-pornography. (Degenerate.)
(Drudge) Covington student sues WASH POST for $250,000,000… (Reuters) for defamation, saying the newspaper falsely accused him of racist acts and instigating a confrontation with an American Indian activist, saying they 'Ignored basic journalist standards'... (Drudge) The Trump Aministration launches a global campaign to decriminalize homosexuality… (NBC News) The administration is responding in part to a reported hanging of a young gay man in Iran, what NBC calls Trump’s top geopolitical foe — it’s aimed at denouncing Iran’s human rights record. U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell, the highest-profile open homosexual in the Trump administration, is leading the effort, which was to start Tuesday evening in Berlin. (The U.S. embassy is flying in LGBT activists from across Europe for a strategy dinner to plan to push for decriminalization in places that still outlaw homosexuality — mostly concentrated in the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean.)
(CBS This Morning) Sen. Bernie Sanders, independent of Vermont, announced Tuesday he is launching a bid for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, hoping to reignite the ardent progressive support of his insurgent 2016 campaign. He was interviewed at his home by "CBS This Morning" co-host John Dickerson. "We're gonna win… It is absolutely imperative that Donald Trump be defeated, because I think it is unacceptable and un-American…
BOTTOM OF FIRST HOUR:
(CBS This Morning) Bernie Sanders said “that we have a president who is a pathological liar...who is a racist, who is a sexist, who is a xenophobe, who is doing what no president in our lifetimes has come close to do doing...trying to divide us up.”
(CBS This Morning) So far, nearly a dozen Democrats have declared their candidacy for president or launched presidential exploratory committees, including senators (1) Elizabeth Warren (Pocahontas), (2) Kirsten Gillibrand, (3) Kamala Harris, (4) Cory Booker and (5) Amy Klobuchar; (6) Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard; and (7) former Housing and Urban Development (HUD) secretary Julián Castro. (8) Bernie Sanders.

'My 600-lb Life' star Sean Milliken dead at 29 (Fox News) “TLC is saddened to share that Sean Milliken has passed away” blah blah blah. Milliken was hospitalized in Houston, Texas, two days prior for an infection. Milliken's weight soared to 900 pounds before he sought help on "My 600-lb Life." On the show he alleged that his father, Matthew, often screamed in his face and backed him into corners as a child. “It was scary. So I would eat. And suddenly I felt a lot better. In that moment, nothing else mattered." Milliken's mother, Renee, confessed she too had an eating disorder and admitted she likely contributed to Sean's struggles, saying in a confessional, "I probably overcompensated in a lot of ways. I couldn't go to the store without bringing him home a treat.” His mother died in March last year.
(Fox News) Florida man left paralyzed after being shot when he asked teen party-crashers to leave: police. 47-year-old Joel Tatro was shot three times by at least two teenagers who crashed a party he was hosting Sunday for his children and they refused to leave. The gunshot went into the left side of Tatro's neck, through his spinal column in the vertebrae and out his right shoulder. Sylvano Leslie II, 17, turned himself in to police on Monday night. 15-year-old James Powell is on the run and the sheriff's office is offering a $5,000 reward. (They looked black BTW.)
(Fox News) Celebrity Jussie Smollett supporters grapple with hoax reports. Cardi B. Ava DuVernay (not a celebrity). Alyssa Milano. On Saturday, a Chicago police spokesman said Smollett is no longer considered a victim in the case that allegedly involved an attack by two masked men who shouted racial and homosexual slang at the actor and said, "This is MAGA country!"
Rapper Cardi B cussed and expressed disappointment on Instagram Live about the possibility he may have staged his “attack,” but she said, “somebody that I was talking to, they said police in Chicago are racist and so they might probably be trying to frame him and make him look like he’s a liar.”
Selma filmmaker Ava DuVernay tweeted, “I can’t blindly believe Chicago PD. The department that covered up shooting Laquan McDonald over a dozen times? ... He might have lied. He might be not have. … I never believe police on general principle just ‘cause they say so. My experience, our history, makes it impossible for me to do so.”
Actress, Me Too activist, & Trump hater Alyssa Milano tweeted, “If that man staged his own attack he is wrong in so many ways. No one could be that hurtful? To stage this? Right? To f— with all of us by playing into our weaknesses & make it even harder for victims to come forward?! No one could choose to be that hurtful? Right?! RIGHT?”
(Page 6) Jussie Smollett’s ‘Empire’ scenes cut after attack controversy. Smollett plays a homosexual singer-songwriter on the show, and was supposed to have nine scenes and a big musical performance (in the second-to-last episode of Season 5), but five scenes and the musical number have been axed. Smollett’s character is also no longer the focus of his remaining four scenes, (which will now feature an ensemble of characters). “Empire” scriptwriters have been scrambling over the last 24 hours to revise this season’s scripts.
(Chicago Tribune) Reportedly, two dozen detectives were assigned to the Smollett case, in a city full of unsolved murders and shootings. In 2017, Chicago had a 17.5-percent murder clearance rate, solving only 114 of the 650 murders in the city. That means 82-83 percent of murders go unsolved.
(NBC Chicago) 36-year-old 'Empire' Actor Jussie Smollett Pleaded No Contest to DUI, driving without a license & Providing False Information to Law Enforcement in 2007, according to a Los Angeles City’s Attorney.
Jussie Smollett near crying, I believe in ABC interview with Robin Roberts.
BOTTOM OF SECOND HOUR:
(National Review’sAndy Ngo wrote in an article titled: “Hate-Crime Hoaxes Reflect America’s Sickness”) First Cory Booker then Kamala Harris each called the alleged attack on Jussie Smollett an “attempted modern day lynching.” Rep. AOC attacked the media for calling it a “possible homophobic and racist attack.” Rep. Rashida Tlaib said the “right wing is killing and hurting our people.” Hollywood & celebrity degenerates also went off.

(Reuters) Former Trump adviser Roger Stone was ordered to appear in court over his Instagram posts. He posted, then removed and reposted, then removed again an image of U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson, once with cross-hairs that he says is the logo of an organization.
TOP OF THIRD HOUR:
(Reuters) Former Trump advisor Roger Stone said in an Instagram post that the judge in his case, Amy Jackson, was an "Obama appointed Judge who dismissed the Benghazi charges" against Hillary Clinton. He also accused Mueller of being a "Deep State hitman." The judge had issued a gag order on Stone, who’s out of jail on bond, not to discuss the case. She called him to court over the instagram posts about her he put up then deleted.
(CNN) Fashion brand Burberry apologizes for hoodie with noose around the neck. The drawstring of a hooded sweatshirt had its ends tied together in what looked like a noose, although it was supposedly meant to be inspired by their marine themed clothing line. A model posted a picture on Instagram with a long rant saying, 'Suicide isn't fashion' and brought up rising suicide rates as well as “the horrifying history of lynching.” The top people apologized, one designer saying it was meant to be a nautical theme but nonetheless they’re pulling the item.

He spoke at the Nation of Islam’s Savior’s Day conference in Chicago. “It ain’t about Farrakhan, it’s about women all over the world (who) have the power to change the world.” (BETA!)
(Breitbart) JASON ALEXANDER TRIGGERED BY ‘SMALL, PATHETIC COMRADE TRUMP.’Seinfeld actor Jason Alexander was responding to Trump accusing SNL of repeated bias against him and Republicans, tweeting: “Nothing funny about tired Saturday Night Live on Fake News NBC! Question is, how do the Networks get away with these total Republican hit jobs without retribution? Likewise for many other shows? Very unfair and should be looked into. This is the real Collusion!” Jason Alexander tweeted: “Trump wants to investigate SNL but not Russia. How does anyone - ANYONE - takes this small, pathetic comrade seriously?” He has previously spoken of having a “man-crush” on Barack Obama, & attacked Trump in the past, calling him a disgraceful sub-human. (BETA!)
(Breitbart) Dianne Feinstein Pushes Funding for Climate Change Indoctrination. The Dem from CA said Tuesday that climate change poses an “immediate danger,” while decrying the lack of school teachers equipped to educate students concerning its perils. She was talking up the “Climate Change Education Act,” a bill that would allocate resources to prepare teachers to promote the climate change agenda in schools. The bill declares that the “evidence for human-induced climate change is overwhelming and undeniable” and pushes for the shift to “renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, tidal, and geothermal.” (Breitbart points out that last year Feinstein denounced the zealous Catholic faith of Amy Coney Barrett, a nominee for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, saying: “the dogma lives loudly within you.”)
(Breitbart) Mo Brooks Backs Food Stamp Requirements: Wrong to Let ‘Slackers’ Live Off Taxpayers. Rep. (Breitbart) WWII ‘Kissing Sailor’ Statue in Florida Vandalized with #MeToo Graffiti. A Florida statue based on the iconic “Kissing Sailor” photo depicting a sailor kissing a woman to celebrate the end of World War II — was vandalized shortly after news broke that the World War II veteran in the photo died. The structure in Sarasota called “Unconditional Surrender,” was found tagged with the phrase #MeToo scrawled in red spraypaint on the woman’s leg on Tuesday after midnight. Police said, “The approximate damage is estimated to be more than $1,000 due to the large area that the graffiti covers and the resources needed to repair it.” THE BACKSTORY: George Mendonsa kissed Greta Zimmer Friedman (although he’d never met her) in Times Square on August 14, 1945, the day Japan surrendered to the U.S.
(Drudge) MAINSTREAM MEDIA STAR DEFECTS! (Mediaite) CBS News foreign correspondent Lara Logan Calls the Media ‘Mostly Liberal’ in a Scorched Earth Interview: I’m Committing ‘Professional Suicide’! (Newsbusters) She called the press “propagandist” and quoted a former NY Times editor who said her paper pushes “raw opinion” about Trump. She spoke to retired Navy SEAL Mike Ritland Friday (in his podcast called Mike Check), and she agreed “the media everywhere is mostly liberal, not just the U.S.” She compared it to the Wailing Wall in Israel where “women have this tiny little spot in front of the wall to pray, and the rest of the wall is for the men.” Similarly “you’ve got Breitbart and Fox News and a few others, and from there on, you have CBS, ABC, NBC, Huffington Post, Politico, whatever, right? All of them.” She pointed to coverage of Trump as an example of the one-sided coverage. She said it doesn’t match real life. She cited recent comments from former New York Times executive editor Jill Abramson, saying the media has “abandoned our pretense or at least the effort to be objective.”She said the media pushing fake news from single anonymous sources — “That’s not journalism, that’s horses—t.”
(Mediaite) Rev Al Sharpton: Jussie Smollett Ought to ‘Face Accountability to the Maximum’ If He Perpetrated a Hoax. (NOTE: Sharpton participated pushing in Trayvon Martin’s false innocent little kid story, Michael Brown’s false “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” story, Tawana Brawley’s false rape story, etc., etc., etc.) When the report of Jussie Smollett came out he said “we should come with all that we can come within law enforcement to find out what happened and the guilty should suffer the maximum.” Now that it looks like Smollett may be guilty of lying, Sharpton claims he still maintains what he said, but switched from “suffer the maximum” to “face accountability to the maximum.”

(Page 6) Robert De Niro has public meltdown after divorce court earlier this month. The anti-Trump actor reportedly screamed in his phone at his driver after spending the entire morning Feb 7 in court in his divorce case with estranged wife Grace Hightower (a black woman). “You’re not in front! You’re not where you dropped us off!” De Niro squawked into his black LG flip phone outside. “On Worth Street! Then you’d see all the photographers here! You’re not where you dropped us off!” One tourist saw him and shouted, “Take it easy, Bobby!” He and his wife were married for 20 years, but are now fighting over custody of their 7-year-old daughter. (In the 70s-80s, he was married to actress & singer Diahnne Abbott who already had a child, & had one kid by her. He later had twins by in vitro fertilization by surrogate in the 90s in his long relationship with former model Toukie Smith, another black woman.)
(Vermont Public Radio) He's In For 2020: Bernie Sanders Is Running For President Again. His official announcement video is expected to stream online (this morning) Tuesday morning. He said wants to take “a belief in justice, in community, in grassroots politics, in town meetings” around the country. He’s pushing universal health care coverage, a $15 minimum wage and reducing student debt. He said he thinks Trump is “an embarrassment to our country. I think he is a pathological liar... I also think he is a racist, a sexist, a homophobe, a xenophobe, somebody who is gaining cheap political points by trying to pick on minorities, often undocumented immigrants."
BOTTOM OF FIRST HOUR:
Bernie Sanders The 77yo fair-skinned secular Jewish alleged atheist who says he has "very strong religious and spiritual feelings," said, (Vermont Public Radio) “We have got to look at candidates, you know, not by the color of their skin, not by their sexual orientation or their gender and not by their age…. we have got to try to move us toward a non-discriminatory society which looks at people based on their abilities, based on what they stand for." (NOTE: Bernie famously stepped aside and let loud BLM females disrupt and take over his stage & rally in Seattle. After allegedly being burned through collusion between the DNC & liberal media, he still endorsed Hillary. The decent Bernie fans became Trump supporters.)

(Drudge) BROTHERS BREAK SILENCE… in the Jussie Smollett case. (CBS Chicago) “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett, upset after a “racist letter” sent to the show’s studio didn’t get a “bigger reaction,” is suspected of paying two men to attack him a week later, according to multiple sources with direct knowledge of the investigation.
TOP OF SECOND HOUR:
(CBS Chicago) “When the letter didn’t get enough attention, he concocted the staged attack,” a source said, The Osundario brothers (Ola and Abel) said in a joint statement, “We are not racist. We are not homophobic and we are not anti-Trump. We were born and raised in Chicago and are American citizens.” (So apparently they’re anchor babies? From Nigeria?) Smollett received a letter containing a white powder Jan. 22, prompting a HAZMAT response — it was aspirin — sent to Chicago’s Cinespace Studios, where the show “Empire” is filmed. It used cut-out magazine letters. Smollett said, “On the letter, it had a stick figure hanging from a tree with a gun pointing toward it.” It also had “MAGA.”
(Drudge) STATES SUE TO STOP TRUMP’s National EMERGENCY… (Reuters) A coalition of 16 U.S. states led by California sued President Donald Trump and top members of his administration on Monday to block his decision to declare a national emergency to obtain funds for building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. California Attorney General Xavier Becerra (Democrat) said in a statement. "We're suing President Trump to stop him from unilaterally robbing taxpayer funds lawfully set aside by Congress for the people of our states. For most of us, the office of the presidency is not a place for theatre." Three Texas landowners and an environmental group filed the first lawsuit against Trump's move on Friday, saying it violated the Constitution and would infringe on their property rights. Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Virginia, and Michigan joined California in the lawsuit. The states said, "By the president's own admission, an emergency declaration is not necessary. The federal government's own data prove there is no national emergency at the southern border that warrants construction of a wall."
(The Hill) Trump spoke about Venezuela Monday in Miami, saying: 'The days of socialism are numbered, not only in Venezuela, but in Nicaragua and Cuba as well.' He spoke in support of Venezuelan National Assembly leader Juan Guaidó's attempt to remove current President Nicolas Maduro from power. Several countries recognize Guaidó as the official president in Caracas, and Trump called on Maduro's backers in the Venezuelan military to abandon the government. He said: “Years of socialist rule have brought this once thriving nation to the brink of ruin. Socialism by its very nature does not respect borders. It does not respect the boundaries or the sovereign rights of its citizens or its neighbors. It’s always seeking to expand, to encroach, and subjugate others to its will.” During his SOTU last month, Trump criticized “the brutality of the Maduro regime, whose socialist policies have turned that nation from being the wealthiest in South America into a state of abject poverty and despair."
(Drudge) INCHES OF SNOW ON VEGAS STRIP! (Weather.com) Residents of Las Vegas saw snow on Sunday night for the second time this month and the third time overall this winter. The last time Las Vegas saw a trace of snow before this winter was Christmas Day 2015. And measurable snow was last officially measured in Las Vegas in December 2008.
(Drudge) Warren to Unveil Universal Child Care Plan Funded by Wealth Tax... (Bloomberg) Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren wants to limit American families’ expenses to 7 percent of income regardless of how many children they have — an extimated taxpayer cost of $70 billion annually, paid for by a tax on the “ultra-wealthy.” (Note: No wonder the so-called “1-percenters” love abortion! Also they don’t want mothers at home.) It would make child care free for families with incomes under twice the poverty level, or less than $51,500 for a family of four. Americans pay nearly as much for child care as they do for rent, with the average cost of child care in the U.S. approaching $1,400 a month.

'Donald Trump is evil': (Daily Mail) Malia Obama's secret Facebook account reveals just how much former First Daughter hates her father's successor — with a post-it note picture liked by Biden's granddaughter Finnegan. The four post-it notes on a shelf read: ‘Donald Trump is President,' 'This is not normal', 'Donald Trump is evil,' 'Don't be complacent.' The Facebook page appears to have been used by Malia in her last year at high school and in her “gap year,” her year-off school when she worked at The Weinstein Company (of Harvey Weinstein fame, before he was accused by #MeToo actresses). It hasn’t been publicly updated since 2017. She pushed gun reform and other crap. 20-year-old Finnegan Biden, Joe Biden's granddaughter appears frequently in her page. They became friends while attending school together during the Obama administration. Now Malia, who famously showed her butt at Lollapalooza a few years back, is in her 2nd year at Harvard.

(Breitbart) Cartel Ambushes Mexican Soldiers near Texas Border. An ambush by gunmen from a faction of Los Zetas killed one Mexican soldier and injured two others in Nuevo Laredo. Three attackers working for a convicted terrorist also died in the incident just south of Laredo, Texas. The Cartel Del Noreste (CDN) faction of Los Zetas attacked a convoy of soldiers patrolling the streets of Nuevo Laredo. The shooters killed one army lieutenant and injured two others. Under the leadership of convicted terrorist Hector Raul “El Tory” Luna Luna, the CDN has once again advanced their tactic of silencing local news outlets to keep the organization out of public view. None of the local news outlets in Nuevo Laredo reported on the weekend shootout. El Tory, the operational leader for the CDN, is wanted in the U.S. for a grenade attack against the American consulate in Monterrey. The CDN is working to inspire terror throughout the border states of Tamaulipas and Nuevo Leon by dumping ice chests with human remains and written threats to rivals.
(Breitbart) Leaked Photos Show U.S. Border Facility Overwhelmed by Migrants. U.S. border facilities are being overwhelmed by the inflow of migrants from Central America and other nations. Photos reminiscent of the Obama-era border surge depict a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) processing, detention, and transport facility at a U.S. port-of-entry in El Paso, Texas, dated Feb 17, 2019. A source said, “The medical staff at the facility can’t keep doing this. They are getting overwhelmed.” Another source said: “This is no different than what we were dealing with during the Obama Administration. This is happening in the Rio Grande Valley Sector, the Del Rio Sector, the El Paso Sector, the Tucson Sector, the Yuma Sector, and the San Diego Sector. It’s almost across the entire Southwest border that we are being overwhelmed by migrant families…. We are basically facilitating Mexican cartels’ migrant smuggling operations into the interior of America. We are babysitting and not securing our border. The flow shows no signs of abating and it keeps increasing.” (National Emergency!)
(Wash. Examiner) Protesters take over Border Patrol museum, deface pictures of fallen agents. Dozens of demonstrators occupied and vandalized a privately owned U.S. Border Patrol museum near El Paso, Texas. Staff and guests worried for their safety Saturday when a group of about 50 rowdy protesters entered the facility, defaced property, and refused to leave the grounds. "Say it loud, say it clear, Border Patrol kills!" group members standing inside and outside the facility yelled. Protestors pulled into the parking lot and put on face masks before going inside around 2:15 p.m. local time, intimidated the staff and gave aggressive attitude. They got on the bullhorn and harassed people. The group calls itself Tornillo: The Occupation, they livestreamed the protest.

(Drudge) Emoji are showing up in court cases exponentially, and courts aren’t prepared. (The Verge) Bay Area prosecutors were trying to prove that a man arrested during a prostitution sting was guilty of pimping charges, and among the evidence was a series of Instagram DMs he’d allegedly sent to a woman. One read: “Teamwork make the dream work” with high heels and money bag emoji placed at the end. Prosecutors said the message implied a working relationship between the two of them. The defendant said it could mean he was trying to strike up a romantic relationship. Who was right? Between 2004 and 2019, there was an exponential rise in emoji and emoticon references in US court opinions, with over 30 percent of all cases appearing in 2018, according to Santa Clara University law professor Eric Goldman, who’s been tarcking all of the references to “emoji” and “emoticon” that show up in US court opinions. Since 2004, emoji references are most commonly in sexual predation cases, but they’re ambiguous in meaning, and courts don’t know how to interpret them. They’ve shown up in all types of cases, from murder to robbery. Sometimes judges say “emoji ommitted” as they don’t think they’re relevant, but sometimes they’re key to the communication.
(Drudge) Justin Trudeau's Political Crisis Widens as Top Aide and Friend Resigns… (MSN) Gerald Butts resigned Monday as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's principal secretary. His chief of staff Katie Telford also reportedly departed? — This is amid allegations that senior members of the Prime Minister’s Office pressured a former justice minister (Jody Wilson-Raybould) to help a Quebec-based multinational engineering firm (SNC-Lavalin) avoid criminal prosecution on bribery and fraud charges in relation to contracts in Libya. That woman (Wilson-Raybould) announced last week she was quitting the Liberal cabinet just days after a Globe and Mail report claimed she was pressured to direct the Public Prosecution Service of Canada to sign a deferred prosecution agreement (DPA).

TOP OF FIRST HOUR:
(Fox News) Police say a black mass shooter in Aurora, IL, brought a gun to his termination meeting, & opened fire as soon as he was fired. The disgruntled worker went on a shooting rampage at a manufacturing warehouse in the Chicago suburb. Gary Martin, 45, was killed by police after he shot five people dead at the Henry Pratt Company, and injured 11, including five police officers, on Friday. Martin worked for the plant for 15 years, and his firing was the result of multiple workplace rule violations. After opening fire during the meeting, Martin then ran down aisles of the manufacturing plant and was shooting people using a pistol with a green laser sight on it. He killed a college student on his first day of an internship with the company, a human resources manager, a plant manager, a mold operator, and a stockroom attendant. The shootout lasted 90 minutes, and at least 3 of the 5 injured officers were still hospitalized as of Saturday.
(Fox News) The alleged mass killer Gary Martin had been convicted of aggravated assault in Mississippi in 1995, and wasn’t supposed to own a firearm since then. He was arrested several times for traffic stops and so-called “domestic violence.” Still in 2014, he passed a background check and bought a .40 caliber handgun, but later was denied a concealed-carry permit because his background check revealed a felony conviction. He was charged in 2017 for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
(Fox News) A black arsonist! A California man was sentenced to 12 years in prison for starting a wildfire that forced over 7,000 to evacuate last summer. Brandon McGlover, 33, pleaded guilty to two counts of arson Thursday in connection to the Cranston Fire, which unfolded last July in Riverside County. He admitted to setting fire to several structures one day but gave no motive. The fire burned over 13,000 acres, destroying at least five homes in its path. Now the area’s at risk of mudslides. McGlover, from Temecula, was ordered to pay restitution to his victims, which could amount to millions of dollars. His attorney said, “He would like to offer his deepest sympathies to everyone who has been affected by these fires.” Victims said that they suffered from depression, anxiety and shock. One woman said her husband died after he suffered a heart attack as they were trying to escape the flames. The arsonist’s attorney requested that his client could be allowed to hug his parents, who also lived in the area. The judge did not allow the embrace, citing security concerns. (California saw at least six other major fires in the state last summer, including the Woolsey fire that burned down Hollywood actors’ homes, and the Camp Fire in NorCal, the deadliest and most destructive California fire to date, and the worst in America since 1918.)

(Fox News) 6 illegal immigrants linked to Mexican cartel arrested in NC for drug trafficking operation, officials say. A massive drug operation with ties to a Mexican drug cartel resulted in the arrest of six immigrants in the country illegally: Oscar Rangel-Gutierrez, Raul Rangel-Gutierrez, Regulo Rangel Gutierrez; Rodolfo Martinez, Rigoberto Rangel-Gutierrez and Francisco Garcia-Martinez. They transported large amounts of cocaine and methamphetamine across state lines — for instance, from Texas to Georgia and North Carolina. Misty Joyner, one neighbor to the home where Rangel-Gutierrez stored drug money, said, “Just devastating, They were good people.” They were from the Jalisco New Generation cartel, a rival to the Sinaloa cartel, which was led by Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman who was convicted last Tuesday in NY, and had escaped “maximum-security prisons,” and his notoriety was perhaps rivaled only by the late Colombian drug kingpin Pablo Escobar. (CBS News) Nigerian brothers who grew up in Chicago reportedly say Jussie Smollett paid them to participate in alleged attack. Police said that Ola and Abel Osundairo were captured on surveillance video at the time Jussie said he was attacked, but they’re no longer suspects and are cooperating with police. Jussie’s attorney says he’s shocked and devastated that two men he knew may have been involved in the supposed attack, that one was his personal trainer for a music video. An evidence log from police who tore through their apartment showed ropes, masks and bleach. Jussie had said one of them told him, 'This is MAGA country, n*****.' One source claims he paid them $3500 each, then $500 when they returned from Nigeria. The whole liberal media called it “racist and homophobic” and a “HATE CRIME”! (NY Post) Cory Booker, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, Al Sharpton, and LESBIAN actress Ellen Page all made a scene. Ariana Grande tweeted, “what happened to jussie makes me really f—ing sick to my stomach. i can’t believe s–t like this is really still happening everyday.” GQ writer Joshua Rivera wrote a piece blaming “late-stage whiteness,” saying, “While its veracity isn’t confirmed, its sentiment needs no fact-check.” (Daily Caller) Nancy Pelosi deleted her tweet calling it a “racist, homophobic attack.”
(The American Mirror) Pelosi wishes ‘Happy Thanksgiving’ — on Valentine’s Day! The House Speaker held a public bill signing on Thursday, and during her remarks, she wished reporters a “Happy Thanksgiving” — 84 days late. She didn’t correct herself. The American Mirror says she’s been having what they call “brain freezes” in public statements lately speaking off the cuff, and mispronounces words a lot. Pelosi said “sentence” instead of “census,” and “far” instead of “fair.” She said “un-rend” instead of “end-run.”
(Fox News) 4 teens (black) were accused in the suspected rape of an 18-year-old in Idaho, on Thursday & Friday. 19-year-old Elias Lupango, 18-year-old Rashidi Mulanga and 18-year-old Swedi Iyombelo, all of Boise, ID, were charged, and a 16-year-old was arrested as well. The 3 men are from Tanzania, Africa. Iyombelo had been in the U.S. for five months and the other two for three years, and they’d worked at McDonald’s, and the 16-year-old was “also a refugee,” held in juvenile detention. So this 18-year-old woman was allegedly raped around Feb. 7 after agreeing to meet one of the men. She initially consented to having sex with Iyombelo, but then told him to stop. Police say the three other defendants then took turns raping the victim. She was afraid that if she told them to stop, she’d be killed. A public defender said, "Apparently she had been aware that there were four of them and that they were going to pay her for sex. There's a little more to this story than we all know at this point." (What kind of people are we bringing into this country?)

BOTTOM OF HOUR 2:
Trump tweeted: “Nothing funny about tired Saturday Night Live on Fake News NBC! Question is, how do the Networks get away with these total Republican hit jobs without retribution? Likewise for many other shows? Very unfair and should be looked into. This is the real Collusion!” He also tweeted: “THE RIGGED AND CORRUPT MEDIA IS THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE!” (Daily Mail) 9 hours earlier liberal actor Alec Baldwin had dressed up like Trump in a skit saying, ‘we need wall. Because wall works. Wall makes safe… you can all see why I have to fake this national emergency.'
(Daily Mail) One in six BBC stars 'must be gay or lesbian or disabled' by 2020 says new staff-hiring guidelines at the corporation. In a bid to deter criticism that it has been failing to reflect its audience, the BBC has pledged that LGBT and disabled people will each make up eight per cent of all on-air and on-screen roles. Half of all corporation's on-screen and broadcasting roles will go to women. Representation of ethnic minorities remains at target of 15 per cent. A black man Tunde Ogungbesan is head of diversity, inclusion and succession at the BBC. The BBC's new diversity targets follow a debate in the House of Commons led by (a black man) David Lammy MP (member of parliament) on the issue of the broadcaster's diversity
TOP OF THIRD HOUR:
(Fox News) A Cancun club shooting leaves 5 dead, 5 wounded, authorities say. At least five people were killed and another five were wounded Saturday after four gunmen opened fire inside a club in Cancun, Mexico. The men, armed with a long gun and three handguns, opened fire inside La Kuka. Two of the five wounded in the shooting remain in critical condition on Sunday. The state of Quintana Roo, where Cancun is located, saw 774 people killed in the state last year, compared to the recorded 359 killings in 2017. The Jalisco New Generation cartel is reportedly moving into the Caribbean resort city and fighting other local gangs to gain control of the area. In January, three gunmen in Cancun shot and killed seven people at a home, ordered by a suspected gang leader.
(Fox News) Homicide cases in Mexico rose by 33 percent in 2018, shattering the country’s record for the second consecutive year. The U.S. State Department’s travel advisory in November urged people to “exercise increased caution” when traveling to Mexico due to crime. “Violent crime, such as homicide, kidnapping, carjacking, and robbery, is widespread.”
(Fox News) McCabe says Rosenstein was 'absolutely serious' about secretly recording Trump. Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said in in a 60 Minutes broadcast Sunday that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein "was not joking" when he suggested secretly recording President Donald Trump in the Oval Office following the May 2017 dismissal of FBI Director James Comey. He allegedly said, "I never get searched when I go into the White House. I could easily wear a recording device. They wouldn't know it was there…. He was absolutely serious. And in fact, he brought it up in the next meeting we had." Days later, Rosenstein appointed former FBI Director Robert Mueller as a special counsel to oversee the bureau's investigation into allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials. Rosenstein denies that he “pursued or authorized recording the president,” or that he broached the idea of invoking the 25th Amendment to remove the president. The liberals were trying to call Trump mentally ill. (McCabe is pushing a new book he has out.)
(Fox News) 9 LSU fraternity members arrested for shocking hazing incidents. Nine fraternity members at Louisiana State University were arrested on Thursday for charges connected to shocking hazing incidents that took place last fall. The Delta Kappa Epsilon members, all aged between 19 and 23, stand accused of kicking pledges with steel-toed boots, beating them with a metal pipe and urinating on them, among other horrific offenses, Buzzfeed News reports. One student seeking to join the fraternity said he was forced to get naked, climb inside an ice machine that was filled with water and frozen ice, and stay there for 30 to 45 minutes. According to an affidavit, he said he didn't get out of the ice machine because "he felt he would have been beaten up if he did." Afterward, he reportedly was forced to lie on his back on a basketball court covered in broken glass alongside another pledge, where they were "sprayed with a hose, had milk crates thrown at them, and were urinated on."
(Fox News) Greek life at LSU has been under scrutiny following the 2017 death of 18-year-old Maxwell Gruver. While pledging the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, he was allegedly forced to drink so much that his blood alcohol level spiked to 0.495 percent, causing him to die of alcohol poisoning. Four fraternity members were subsequently charged in connection to Gruver's death, and the boy's parents filed a $25 million federal lawsuit against the university board.
BOTTOM OF THIRD HOUR:
(Real Clear Politics) Former Vice President Joe Biden told the Munich Security Conference in Germany that President Trump's policy towards refugees and immigrants was "an embarrassment" and "the American people know overwhelmingly that it is not right." He said, "The America I see values basic human decency, not snatching children from their parents or turning our back on refugees at our border. Americans know that's not right. The American people understand… it makes us an embarrassment. The American people know, overwhelmingly that it is not right. That it is not who we are." (Beta!) (Daily Mail) He says he’ll decide soon whether to run for president.
(Fox News) Firefighters save cougar from tree in stunning rescue (unlike that runner who killed one with his bare hands and rocks). Firefighters have rescued a very big cat — a mountain lion — from a tree outside a home in the Southern California desert. He was perched on a branch about 50 feet high outside the San Bernardino Mountains. State wildlife personnel tranquilized the animal. Firefighters lowered it to the ground using a rescue harness. Attacks on humans are rare but the big cats will prey on pets and livestock.

(Fox News) A source says President Trump is expected to declare a national emergency and allocate $8B to fund the border wall. The House approved $1.4B which Trump is also expected to sign. The White House Press Secretary confirmed both would happen in order to address the national security and humanitarian crisis at the border. In an unusual joint statement, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Maj. Ldr Chuck Schumer said it was “a lawless act, a gross abuse of the power of the presidency and a desperate attempt to distract” from when Trump said he’d pay for the wall. (NOTE: But during the campaign Trump never said Mexico would front the money, but rather that they’d pay indirectly by, for example, taxing the money that Mexican nationals working here send back home — it was laid out on his campaign website. Democrats and media are being deceptive and purposely dense.)
Fox News Poll: Majority thinks Democrats have a chance to unseat Trump in 2020. After President Trump took office, many voters doubted he would finish his term, much less stand for re-election. In August 2017, only 58 percent of voters (31 percent of Dems) thought Trump would finish his term. Now 70 percent do (50 percent of Democrats). 23% of voters — 40 percent of delusional Dems — still think he won’t finish his 4 years. A 55-percent majority say there’s either an excellent (19 percent) or good (36 percent) chance Dems will defeat Trump in the election.
(Fox News) Acting FBI Dir. Andrew McCabe & Dep. AG Rod Rosenstein must testify to explain the claim that the DOJ discussed removing Trump, GOP leaders in House & Senate Judiciary Committees say. McCabe said in an interview this week that senior Justice Department officials had considered removing President Trump using the 25th Amendment. He said Rosenstein offered to wear a wire to record the president, which Rosenstein denied. (NOTE: McCabe has a new book “The Threat” so he’s creating mess apparently, making himself sound important — he went on 60 Minutes saying this stuff.) The 25th Amendment governs the succession protocol if the president dies, resigns or becomes temporarily or permanently incapacitated — if the whole cabinet & VP agree he’s “unable” to perform his job. Trump quoted liberal Constitutional attorney Alan Dershowitz in a tweet: “Trying to use the 25th Amendment to try and circumvent the Election is a despicable act of unconstitutional power grabbing...which happens in third world countries. You have to obey the law. This is an attack on our system & Constitution.” Alan Dershowitz. (The Legal legend & Harvard law professor says the alleged FBI-DOJ plot described by McCabe was 'attempt at a coup d'etat' NOTE: This is where all that talk about Trump’s “Mental Health” comes from — an attempt at a coup.)
BOTTOM OF FIRST HOUR:
Trump tweeted yesterday: “Disgraced FBI Acting Director Andrew McCabe pretends to be a “poor little Angel” when in fact he was a big part of the Crooked Hillary Scandal & the Russia Hoax - a puppet for Leakin’ James Comey. I.G. report on McCabe was devastating. Part of “insurance policy” in case I won....” Trump went on, tweeting: “....Many of the top FBI brass were fired, forced to leave, or left. McCabe’s wife received BIG DOLLARS from Clinton people for her campaign - he gave Hillary a pass. McCabe is a disgrace to the FBI and a disgrace to our Country. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

Sources told ABC 7 Chicago: Police investigating whether Jussie Smollett staged attack with help of others, allegedly being written off 'Empire.' They talked to two Nigerian brothers who grew up in a Chicago apartment, both persons of interest, at least one of whom appeared on the show “Empire,” and they go to the gym with Smollett on occasion. Police picked them up at Chicago O’Hare airport, as reportedly (CBS reporter) “the men left for #Nigeria the day of the attack.” Police also raided their apartment, busting the door off its frame, ransacked the place according to family, and asked family if they knew Smollett. Chicago police told ABC News, "Police are investigating whether the two individuals committed the attack - or whether the attack happened at all." But the police superintendent says they have no evidence that the attack was a hoax. Fox Entertainment said it was “ridiculous” to suggest black homosexual actor would be written out of the show “Empire” on which he plays a central figure. (CBS Chicago) An Attorney for the Two Men says they Could Be Charged Friday, but she says they have no idea why, and they like Smollett. (Real Clear Politics) Smollett says he’s “pissed” that people don’t believe him because he said the perps were white. He feels they’d support him if he said it were a Muslim or black or Mexican.
(Fox News) YouTube star ‘Furry Potato’ is shot while live-streaming near L.A. synagogue; security guard arrested. A transgender YouTube personality Zhoie Perez (who goes by the name "Furry Potato"), age 45, calls himself a “1st Amendment auditor.” He live-streamed a confrontation with a security guard outside the Etz Jacob synagogue. Perez roamed around the synagogue for about 30 minutes while a security guard questioned her (HIM). The guard advises her (HIM) not “to do anything crazy over here.” After several minutes of the transgender furry standing outside on the other side of the gate from the guard who appeared more and more nervous and had pulled his firearm, the guard fired what he called a “warning shot.” The transgender said he’d been shot in the leg, he cussed and got away. Police responded just after noon and arrested the 44-y-o guard on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Perez films the exterior of businesses and government buildings, confronting people, security guards, and police officers. He was arrested last year after derogatory comments toward a black Marine Corps recruiter, and fined $100.

BOTTOM OF SECOND HOUR:
(CNBC) On Thursday, the Senate confirmed Trump's attorney general pick William Barr, who will now oversee Mueller probe. He previously served as AG 1991-1993 under “Bush the Daddy.” Democrat Sens. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Doug Jones of Alabama, and Kyrsten Sinema of AZ voted for him. Of Republicans, only Sen. Rand Paul of KY opposed him. Remember Jeff Sessions recused himself from the Russia probe last March 2017 after reports about his contacts with Russia's ambassador, so Rod Rosenstein was in charge. Barr called Mueller a friend, but reportedly has criticized the Russia investigation. (Fox News) Barr vowed to focus on violent crime, enforce our immigration laws, and protect the right to vote.

TOP OF THIRD HOUR:
(Fox News) Trump has been speaking from the White House Rose Garden this morning, talking about China having been taking advantage of us. He’s working with Kim Jong-Un of North Korea on a new summit. He also addressed the national security crisis at the border, and the market making records. He addressed the liars who say Walls Don’t Work. He said, “Walls work 100%.” He talked about El Paso and the murders on the other side of the wall 2000 murders in Mexico. He brought up Israel. He talked about the human trafficking going on. He accused Pelosi & Schumer of lying and playing a con game. He talked about us breaking up the Migrant Caravans. He announced he’s going to sign a National Emergency. He said other presidents sign national emergencies about much less important things, and no one cares. He talked about the invasion of drugs, human traffickers, and gangs coming in. He highlighted “angel moms” mothers of victims of illegal alien criminals, also fathers and families. The press doesn’t cover these stories, he said. Mothers showed photos of their children.
(Fox News) Trump thanked MSNBC this week after report Senate panel found no evidence of Russia conspiracy. NBC News reported Tuesday morning that according to both unnamed Republicans and Democrats, the Senate Intelligence Committee has concluded that there is no direct evidence of conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election after conducting 200 interviews over the course of two years. A reporter said, “Trump will claim vindication through this, and he’ll be partially right.” (The Senate Intel investigation is independent of the Mueller investigation.) But Trump shared a clip and tweeted: Thank you to @MSNBC!
(CNN) Beto O'Rourke says he would 'take the wall down' separating El Paso and Mexico, which Trump says made El Paso a safer than average city, whereas it used to be dangerous. He told MSNBC’s Chris Hayes, "Yes, absolutely. I'd take the wall down." Beto claimed that the bollard fence construction in 2008 "didn't make us any safer." He said “It's hard to make a rational case for an emergency declaration or troops on the border or any amount of additional border walls or border fencing or steel slats.” He compared it to the “war on terror” or the “war on drugs” and claimed Trump is just stoking “fear and anxiety.” He said you make the US safer by "treating people with dignity and respect." O'Rourke shattered fundraising records just to lose to Sen. Ted Cruz. He led a march and rally against Trump & the in El Paso on Monday. O'Rourke said he'll decide this month whether he'll run for president.
(Fox News) Floyd Mayweather blasts rapper T.I.'s call for Gucci boycott over blackface shirt. Floyd Mayweather responded to a diss track from rapper T.I. about his stance on the rapper's call to boycott Gucci by asking why people don't boycott rappers who promote drug use, murder and sexual promiscuity. Floyd responded hours after T.I. released a song castigating the former champion boxer for continuing to spend money on Gucci products in the face of an ongoing boycott against the luxury brand that started over a controversial sweater that looks like blackface. T.I. didn’t specifically name Mayweather but called him old and greedy, and the cover art shows a photoshopped image of Mayweather with the Gucci big lips “blackface” turtleneck sweater part over his mouth. Rapper 50 Cent put the same mocked-up image on his Instagram earlier.
50 Cent mocks Floyd Mayweather on Instagram for not boycotting Gucci over “blackface” sweater.
BOTTOM OF THIRD HOUR:
(Fox News) Fewer than 10 percent of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High students showed up for school on the anniversary of the shooting that left 17 dead. The Broward County school district said 291 of the school's approximately 3,200 students attended school Thursday. The school was on a half-day schedule so students wouldn't be on campus at 2:20 p.m. when the shooting began last Valentine's Day. Several students told The Associated Press that they skipped school because the day would be too emotional. More than a thousand people gathered at a South Florida park on the anniversary supposedly to honor the 17 victims (14 students & 3 staff members) killed by suspect Nikolas Cruz.
JESSE COVERED THIS YESTERDAY: (Breitbart) Booker: ‘I’ll Be Looking to Women First’ to Be My Running Mate — Tuesday on MSNBC, lesbian host Rachel Maddow asked Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), “If you got the (presidential) nomination, would you commit to choosing a woman as your vice presidential running mate?” Booker said that “you will rarely see a Democratic ticket anymore without gender diversity, race diversity. I think it’s something that we should have…. should I become it... I’ll be looking to women first.”
