Campuses: Yesterday, the Biden administration unveiled efforts to combat antisemitism and Islamophobia at college campuses. For the first time, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act will make it clear that antisemitism and Islamophobia are prohibited.

Incidents at Harvard, Cooper Union, UPenn, and other universities
competing protests, statements from student groups and professors, torn posters of kidnapped Israeli civilians, and trucks exposing the names and faces of pro-Palestinian students on campus.
Workplaces: Employees fired or forced to resign, or lost job offers after opening their big mouth about the war. Boycotts and company statements have employees feeling ostracized and fearful — Jewish and Muslim victim activist groups see a spike in people contacting them for “help.” Some “workers” protesting companies for taking the “wrong” side.
Around the world: Violence, harassment, and threats skyrocketed. In Chicago, you’ll recall a six-year-old “Palestinian-hyphen-American” boy, Wadea Al Fayoume, was stabbed to death by 71yo landlord. In Russia, I’d mentioned yesterday a mob descended on an airport carrying a plane from Israel, searching for Jewish passengers…. Protests with hateful and violent rhetoric. One Muslim teen in NYC had her hijab ripped off on the subway and was called a “terrorist.” HAHA… In Australia, protesters were heard chanting “gas the Jews.” WHICH I DISAVOW.

Where the Hostage Situation Stands
(theSkimm Tue. 10/31/23) Israel wants to destroy Hamas’s military capabilities and free the estimated 240 hostages from the October 7th attack. Yesterday, Israel allegedly freed a hostage, a female Israeli soldier Ori Megidish; Hamas has released four hostages: two Israeli old ladies and the US-Israeli dual-citizen mother-and-daughter.
Hamas released a video of three other hostages. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dismissed the video as “cruel psychological propaganda.” Israel confirmed the death of cute Ms. Shani Louk, 23-year-old German-Israeli gal from that music festival, her body supposedly paraded in Gaza. Israel reportedly engaged in negotiations with Hamas over the release of the remaining hostages. Hamas has demanded fuel, a cease-fire, and Palestinian prisoners for release. Still, Israel’s prime minister Bibi’s rejected any cease-fire — may be attempting to free them militarily.
Israel once exchanged more than 1,000 Palestinian prisoners to free one captive Israeli soldier; this latest hostage situation unprecedented for Israel. A leading consideration. There were a failed hostage rescue attempt of Israeli hostages in the 1972 Munich Olympics, (11 Israeli team members total killed in the massacre, a West German police officer, and 5 of 8 Palestinian militants — the other three got off scot free, maybe Mossad got ‘em later? idk…).

(CNN Tue. 10/31/23) Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday ruled out a pause in fighting in Gaza, “this is a time for war,” evil UN agencies call for a humanitarian ceasefire for aid deliveries to millions of trapped civilians. “Calls for Israel to surrender to Hamas, to surrender to terrorists, surrender to barbarism, that will not happen,” Netanyahu said.
Israel ground operations, UNICEF’s chief warned of “catastrophe” from lack of clean water. The World Health Organization said hundreds killed in attacks on health care facilities; UN warned “civil order” deteriorating, people breaking into warehouses to take survival essentials.

Border wall phony propaganda!
(CNN or theSkimm Tue. 10/31/23) President Donald Trump over the weekend falsely (according to CNN) claimed he had campaigned for the presidency in 2016 on a promise that Mexico would pay for “a piece” of his border wall (He said we’re gonna build a wall, and Mexico is gonna pay for it; if they’re paying for a piece, they’re paying, duh!).
Trump, who is now leading the 2024 Republican presidential field, has been criticized by rival candidates such as Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie for SUPPOSEDLY breaking his signature campaign promise to get Mexico to pay for the wall... SHOWING THAT THEY’RE LAME!
The wall was built and paid for by Americans; the Trump administration RIGHTLY directed more than $16 billion in federal money toward the project (the only proper job of the federal gov’t… on the Trump campaign website, remittances from Mexicans in America sending money home were going to pay for it). The former president later tweaked his rhetoric, claiming that Mexico would completely reimburse the US for the wall — but that did not occur (due to the constant undermining of President Trump by people who didn’t want to put Americans first like Trump was).

(CNN and theSkimm Tue. 10/31/23) Evil fake president. Yesterday, Monday, “President” Biden signed his first, sweeping executive order to monitor and regulate the risks from artificial intelligence, while also harnessing its potential FOR EVIL.
The biggest impact of the EO requires tech companies making powerful AI systems, such as Evil Google and OpenAI, to share results of any “safety tests” with the evil government before releasing findings to the public (THAT MAKES NO SENSE). The black-on-the-inside White House feigns concern developing AI poses national security or “health risks.”
Obama Admin (part 3) pushes standards to help avoid “biological risks*” from AI and the threat of AI replacing workers (OH, LORD). Biden called the order the “most significant action any government” has taken on AI. But more action is needed through Congress. CHUCK SCHUMER ON THE CASE!
“We have to move fast, really fast — ideally faster than the technology itself,” White House chief of staff Jeff Zients (NOT A CHRISTIAN, OBAMA HOLDOVER) said, recounting President Joe Biden’s directive to his team to make AI a top priority.

Portions of the West Coast and Florida will be the only areas of the contiguous US to avoid goosebumps on Halloween as the December-like air takes hold.
