Facebook's "Oversight Board" upholds ban on Trump, but says FB did it wrong!
Trump appears to launch a communications platform months after Twitter suspension.
Birth rate fell to lowest level since 1979.
FACEBOOK PERMANENTLY BANS TRUMP
JUST THIS MORNING: The COMMUNIST Oversight Board [for FB, IG] upholds OUR REAL President Trump's suspension on FB, BUT finds Facebook failed to impose a proper penalty
(The Oversight Board makes decisions on what content Facebook & Instagram should allow or remove, SUPPOSEDLY based on respect for freedom of expression & human rights. TOTAL JOKE — THEY’RE ANTI-MAN, ANTI-WHITE, ANTI-CHRISTIAN, ANTI-AMERICAN)
FB banned Trump January 7, after the MOSTLY PEACEFUL Capitol protest was marred by a setup in which a small riot broke out when over-excited people were allowed into the building, a few committing theft and vandalism, some even fighting with police.
(All of a sudden that’s a no-no. BLM-Antifa riots, actual insurrection, destruction, that’s fine. When it’s done at the Capitol during SHENANIGANS, that crosses the line!)
The board upheld FB’s decision to suspend Our Real President. However, [they say] it was not appropriate for Facebook to impose the indeterminate and standardless penalty of indefinite suspension.
The Board is made up of a bunch of women, POCs, liberals, and foreigners — anti-Truth activists, academics, journalists... just the worst of the worst.
STILL TRYING TO WIN
(The Epoch Times) Trump Appears to Launch Communications Platform Months After Twitter Ban
The platform appears on Trump’s personal website. Find it via donaldjtrump.com/desk — From the desk of Donald J. Trump. It includes social-media-like posts from the former president that can be shared to Facebook and Twitter. (We’ll see whether the fake social media behemoths ban Trump’s website.)
Some of his recent memos include: Heartwarming to read new polls on big-shot warmonger Liz Cheney of the great State of Wyoming. She is so low that her only chance would be if vast numbers of people run against her which, hopefully, won’t happen. They never liked her much, but I say she’ll never run in a Wyoming election again!
— And: So nice to see RINO Mitt Romney booed off the stage at the Utah Republican State Convention. They are among the earliest to have figured this guy out, a stone cold loser!
NOT READ: It’s not clear whether the website will be developed into a full-fledged social media website. Currently, it’s not possible to create user accounts or reply to Trump’s posts, and Trump is the only poster.
NEED MORE WHITE BABIES
(CBS News) The number of births in the U.S. fell 4% in 2020, dropping to the lowest level since 1979 and continuing a multi-year trend of declining birth rates. That's according to a report published Wednesday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Center for Health Statistics.
The agency reported 3,605,201 births in 2020, down from 3,747,540 during the year prior, based on provisional data from more than 99% of birth certificates issued during the year. 2020 marks the sixth consecutive year that the number of births in the U.S. has fallen, the agency reported. Meanwhile, provisional figures show the general fertility rate dropped to a record low in 2020, falling to 55.8 births per 1,000 women ages 15 to 44, down 4% from the previous year.
Among teenagers, many of whom shifted to remote learning due to the pandemic, birth rates fell precipitously, according to data released by the CDC. The birth rate for young women between the ages of 15 and 19 fell to a record low in 2020, dropping to 15.3 births per 1,000, an 8% decline from the year before. That continues a significant downward trend over the past two decades — down 75% from 1991, the most recent peak.

GEORGIA FLORIDA HYPE
(The Epoch Times) Derek Chauvin’s Attorney Files Motion for New Trial
Attorney Eric Nelson filed the request (pdf) in the interest of justice and because an abuse of discretion deprived Chauvin of a fair trial. He contends Chauvin’s conviction was tainted by prosecutorial and jury misconduct, errors of law at trial, and the verdict was contrary to law.
Chauvin was SO-CALLED "convicted" last month in the passing of Georgia Florida, who stopped breathing while pinned to the ground by Chauvin [and others] after resisting arrest. Floyd was suspected of using counterfeit money in a Minneapolis store. A jury FALSELY convicted Chauvin of second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter.
DETAILS
Nelson alleged a number of issues affected the trial including refusal to move the trial over concerns of a tainted jury pool or failing to sequester the jury. He argued Judge Peter Cahill abused his discretion when he rejected a separate motion for a new trial over concerns publicity affected jurors’ judgment.
“...publicity here was so pervasive and so prejudicial before and during this trial that it amounted to a structural defect in the proceedings,” Nelson wrote.
Other issues: alleged errors like Judge Cahill’s jury instructions failed to “accurately reflect the law with respect to second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and authorized use of force.”
Nelson alleged the prosecutors committed misconduct including disparaging the defense, improper vouching, and failing to adequately prepare its witnesses.
“...the multiple errors in these proceedings deprived Mr. Chauvin of a fair trial, in violation of his constitutional rights,” he said.
Nelson asks the court to order a hearing to impeach the verdict on the grounds that the jury “committed misconduct, felt threatened or intimidated, felt race-based pressure during the proceedings, and/or failed to adhere to instructions during deliberations, in violation of Mr. Chauvin’s constitutional rights to due process and a fair trial.”
MORE MESS
The request comes days after EVIL prosecutors filed a legal brief arguing Chauvin should be given a higher sentence due to "aggravating factors."
They called Floyd “a particularly vulnerable victim”; that Floyd was “treated with particular cruelty”; that Chauvin abused authority; Chauvin committed the QUOTE-UNQUOTE "crime" as part of a group of three or more persons; and that multiple children were present when the SUPPOSED crime was committed.
(Note: So Keith Ellison lied! Typical light-skinned liberal black Muslim antifa communist!)
COMMUNIST VIRUS
(The Epoch Times) Restaurants Ready to Hire, but Government Payments Keep Workers Home
Owners and managers from New York, California, Washington, and Chicago told The Epoch Times hiring woes have become a nightmare amid a litany of other challenges like indoor occupancy rules.
Communist lockdowns imposed across the country a year ago have since put out of business over 110,000 eateries, some of them permanently.
One McDonald’s in Florida paid $50 for showing up for a job interview.
Taco Bell needs at least 5,000 new employees, holding hiring events in parking lots.
“In January, 7 percent of restaurant operators rated recruitment and retention of workforce as their top challenge; by April that number had risen to 57 percent,” said Hudson Riehle of National Restaurant Association.
Some places haven’t reopened due to lack of manpower.
