(Extreme-left AP so-called News) — Newsweek has apologized for an op-ed that questioned Sen. Kamala Harris’ U.S. citizenship and her eligibility to be Joe Biden’s running mate — ”Associated Press” calls the questioning of her supposed citizenship “a false and racist conspiracy theory which President Donald Trump has not dismissed.” FAKE NEWS, it’s neither false nor racist, nor a conspiracy theory. They’re lying to you.

QUOTE: “This op-ed is being used by some as a tool to perpetuate racism and xenophobia. We apologize,” read Newsweek’s editor’s note on Friday, which replaced the magazine’s earlier detailed defense of the op-ed. — C U C K S !

“We entirely failed to anticipate the ways in which the essay would be interpreted, distorted and weaponized,” read the apology, signed by Josh Hammer, opinion editor, and Nancy Cooper, global editor in chief (LOL!). But they ended the note by saying that the op-ed would remain on the site, with their note attached. — BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE ARTICLE IS VALID.

Newsweek earlier defended the piece, arguing that the writer John Eastman “was focusing on a long-standing, somewhat arcane legal debate” about the 14th Amendment and not trying to “ignite a racist conspiracy theory around Kamala Harris’ candidacy.”

The op-ed (archive) writer John Eastman, a SO-CALLED conservative attorney, argues that The Constitution of the United States and the 14th Amendment specifically, DOES NOT grant birthright citizenship — WHICH IS TRUE. Eastman sowed doubt about Harris’ eligibility based on her parents’ immigration status. Harris’ mother was born in India and her father was born in Jamaica.

THEY WERE NOT CITIZENS OR EVEN LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENTS; THEY MAY HAVE MERELY BEEN STUDENT VISA HOLDERS — IF THAT.

THIS WAS BEFORE EVEN THE HART-CELLER ACT OF 1965, WHICH OPENED THE FLOODGATES.

LEFT VS RIGHT BATTLE IN MICHIGAN

(Drudge / The Sun) Centrist pro-Western Civilization group Proud Boys held a rally in Kalamazoo, MI. Far-left anti-white counter-protestors including a pastor and the extremist anti-American communist terror group Antifa escalated the situation by attacking the generally peaceful, patriotic Proud Boys group.

The fake Rev. Nathan Dannison (a white liberal), wolf-in-sheep’s-clothing pastor of First Congregational Church, told local outlet MLive, without evidence, QUOTE: “The Proud Boys, they not only have hatred for Jewish people and Muslim people, but they’re also very hateful of anybody who doesn’t look like them or act like them.” It’s a blatant and hateful lie from the fraud.

Dannison pretended not to want violence, saying: “Let’s work together to remain peaceful and manifest positive energy… and to defend one another.”

“Burn down Hugo!”

(Revolver.news) A politician shouted BLM & Antifa “Activists” Terrorize Small Minnesota Town in Broad Daylight, shouting “Burn [the city of] Hugo [MN] Down”

BLACK LIVES MATTER INVADES MINNESOTA SUBURB… The “protest” was meant to intimidate the family and neighbors of Bob Kroll, president of the Minneapolis police union.

Democratic politician: “Don’t run now, racist white people…” You heard some of this guy’s rant on The JEsse Lee Peterson Show, first hour.

One leader of the demonstration was Democratic politician John Thompson, who recently won the primary for a safely Democratic seat in the Minnesota House. Thompson shrieked obscenities at community members, declaring that the “f***ing Grand Wizard [of the Ku Klux Klan]” lived in the town:

John Thompson, who recently won his Primary for 67A in St. Paul, goes off and screams at neighborhood children, residents, and neighbors of Police Union Leader Bob Kroll.

"F*CK, Hugo Minnesota!"

BLM protesters gathered today outside Kroll's home.

At another point in his tirade, Thompson threatened the locals, screaming “You think we give a fuck about burning Hugo down?” and “I didn’t come here to be peaceful.” He also said that “blue lives [i.e. police] don’t mean shit to black people.”

Thompson was recently endorsed by Minnesota governor Tim Walz, who said “His fierce advocacy and commitment to his community is exactly what’s needed in the state legislature right now.”

Thompson’s behavior would seem to run afoul of Minnesota’s law against disturbing the peace, which among other things prohibits “Inciting violence by using offensive language in public or by shouting.”

Antifa group Unicorn Riot live streamed…

(Unicorn Riot has @JamesAntonHake account blocked, so they’re no media outlet, but rather commie antifa agitators who want to shut down truth and America, and defend rioters and communist terrorism.)

Disturbing the Peace? Police refuse to enforce the law…

Disturbing the peace includes:

Inciting violence by using offensive language in public or by shouting;
Holding an unlawful public assembly (usually a meeting to discuss criminal enterprises);

Fighting or challenging someone to fight in a public place;
Shouting profanities out of a car window in front of a person's home over an extended period of time;
Public intoxication or drunkenness;

All of which are what BLM and Antifa have done.
