(theSkimm Wed. 6/14/23) Who’s not feeling heard… Employees. Yesterday, a new poll found that employees worldwide are stressed and fighting with their bosses. The survey found that 59% of workers are not engaged and instead, quiet quitting. The survey also found that about 44% of workers suffer from “a lot” of stress. One solution? Employees say having their bosses engage with them and recognize their contributions is a start. Shocker.
