(Drudge) Supporters, Protestors Clash At Straight Pride Event In CA… (CBS Sacramento) A straight pride group demonstrated along the streets of Modesto Saturday afternoon in front of Planned Parenthood, and dozens (more like hundreds) showed up to speak out against them. Straight pride supporters were denied a permit for their event weeks ago due to issues with logistics (i.e. anti-white suppression) but vowed to make an appearance anyway. Modesto police were on high alert, surrounding protestors and keeping the peace. A large crowd formed on McHenry Street for several hours. People were holding signs, making noise and [some of the idiots] speaking out against straight pride event organizer Don Grundmann (a good guy!). When Grundmann showed up Saturday afternoon, people against his message said they wanted to outnumber him and surrounded his sign promoting the straight pride coalition. “Apathy and not confronting fascists when they come out into the society and public space in our communities, it makes it unsafe for queer people, people of color,” said Sabine Tischler, a pigtailed white male with a skirt carrying a camera who was seen assaulting an elderly male bicyclist in an ABC 10 video. Modesto police came prepared on foot, on bikes and on horseback, just in case things did turn violent. But protestors on both sides stayed so-called mostly peaceful. It was reported elsewhere that cops had banned antifa from wearing masks at public protests, so that they wouldn’t be able to commit violence without being identified.

This news reader, James Hake, is an eye-witness, and they were heard shouting “Antifascista,” and “No Borders, No Walls, No USA at All,” so these were anti-American protestors. They chanted, “Cops and Klan, hand in hand.” They talked about getting rid of ICE.

1. (Drudge) UPDATE: LA deputy confesses to fabricating sniper shooting… WHAT! Y’all were RIGHT! (ABC 7) A Los Angeles Sheriff's Department deputy who was reported shot in Lancaster this week made up the incident, authorities announced during a rare Saturday night news conference. The deputy claimed that he was shot in the shoulder Wednesday, which triggered a massive manhunt and evacuations of an apartment complex next to the agency's Lancaster station. Deputy Angel Reinosa, 21, had two holes in his shirt the day he claimed to be shot by a sniper. He was heard calling in the shooting over emergency radios. "I have taken shots from the north of the Lancaster helipad," the deputy is heard saying over the radio. "I think I'm hit in the right shoulder." When investigators met with Reinosa on Saturday for follow-up interviews about the incident, they saw no visible injuries on his shoulder. 

   1. Officials said Reinosa confessed to cutting the holes in his shirt with a knife and that he was never shot. WHAT! "There was no sniper, no shots fired and no gunshot injury sustained to his shoulder. Completely fabricated," said Capt. Kent Wegener with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Reinosa was expected to be relieved of his duty and will face criminal charges for filling a false report of an emergency.  A motive had not been determined in the ongoing investigation. "Most of his statement was self-serving, didn't make a whole lot of sense, but he didn't get into detail as to why he cut the holes or why he fabricated this story. No motivation," Wegener said. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office will now determine whether Reinosa will face additional charges to filing a false report.

President Trump's wayward former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci appeared at a Southampton, New York, campaign stop where Joe Biden addressed well-heeled Democrats. But he claimed his presence at the Blue Dream Gala, hosted by the Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons, should not be taken for support of the former vice president and 2020 Democratic front-runner. Scaramucci told the Washington Examiner, “I'm a registered Republican. I haven't switched my support to Vice President Biden, but I will be working to find a nominee to challenge Donald Trump because he's lost his mind and we've got to get someone here before we lose the election 2020.” Scaramucci, who spent just 11 days as the White House communication’s director, had supported the president as recently as Aug. 8 on CNBC when he praised the president’s handling of the trade war with China. However, in the last week, Scaramucci has attacked the president and engaged in a back-and-forth on social media, with his former boss calling him “crazy” and “narcissistic.” Trump slammed Scaramucci tweeting, “Nobody ever heard of this dope until he met me. He only lasted 11 days!"

2. (Drudge) Walsh announces primary challenge from the right… ABC News calls him a Conservative firebrand! Former Illinois Rep. Joe Walsh announced Sunday with Clinton supporter George Stephanopoulos on ABC's "This Week" that he's launching a long-shot Republican presidential primary challenge against President Donald Trump. (NO CHALLENGE!) Walsh said, "I'm running because he's unfit; somebody needs to step up and there needs to be an alternative. 'The country is sick of this guy's tantrum, he's a child'...," said Walsh, who was elected to the House in the 2010 Tea Party wave, but only served one term before becoming a conservative talk radio host. He claimed without evidence, that “everybody believes that he's unfit. He lies every time he opens his mouth." 

   1. He said, "I helped create Trump, and George, that's not an easy thing to say. I went beyond the policy and the idea differences and I got personal and I got hateful. I said some ugly things about President Obama that I regret." He also apologized after Stephanopoulos accused him of racist and sexist statements about Kamala Harris saying stupid stuff and nobody calling her out for it. WEAK! "Did you really believe [Obama is] a Muslim?," Stephanopoulos asked. "God no. And I have apologized for that," Walsh said. "I'm bearing my soul with you right now on national TV. We have a guy in the White House who's never apologized for anything he's done or said." When asked, Walsh also told Stephanopoulos that invoking the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office for being unfit should be "looked at" because "we've never had a situation like this. You can't believe a word he says." Walsh used harsh, inflammatory language to describe the president — calling him "incompetent," "nuts," "erratic," "narcissist," "bully," "coward," "completely unfit," "disloyal," and "un-American." (AP) Shamelessly homosexual South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg regular references to his so-called “Christian” beliefs. Answering a question in Iowa about so-called “Climate Change,” Buttigieg talked about the Bible. Buttigieg said, “There’s a lot about the stewardship of creation that is in Scripture that I don’t see being honored by the administration right now, not to mention the stuff about loving your neighbor and taking care of the least among us and feeding the poor,” the South Bend, Indiana, mayor said. The crowd of about 250 at a Mississippi River park in southeastern Iowa this month erupted with cheers. (LAME!)

But Buttigieg, like no other Democrat seeking the 2020 presidential nomination, is trying to demonstrate that there’s a strong religiosity among Democrats, too. The National Hurricane Center issued a tropical storm warning for Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Meanwhile, a tropical storm watch is in effect for Dominica, Martinique, Grenada and its dependencies, Saba, and St. Eustatius. On Monday morning, Dorian was located about 225 miles east-southeast of Barbados. The compact storm was moving west with maximum sustained winds of 60 mph. Through social media alone, Squires said he has found at least 35 people who were diagnosed with brain tumors and lived for an extended time within about 2 or 3 miles of the National Fireworks Co. site, where crews are now working to unearth unexploded ordnance buried decades ago. Many of these cases involve people diagnosed as young adults who lived near Factory or Forge ponds or the Drinkwater River. The number of new cases of brain and other nervous system cancers among the general population is about 6.4 per 100,000 people each year, according to the National Cancer Institute, and a 2005 report estimated about 2,014 people lived within a 1-mile radius of the site based on data from the late 1990s. Squires said based on that data, there should be maybe one person diagnosed with a brain tumor in the area around the fireworks site, not dozens. The National Fireworks Co. began developing, testing and manufacturing civilian fireworks and military munitions at the site near the Hanson town line in 1907, and disposed of chemicals there until it closed in 1971. (Drudge) Video shows NYPD struggling to arrest man as onlookers taunt them… 

(Wash. Examiner) A Republican New York state assemblyman retweeted a video that depicts four New York Police Department officers struggling to arrest a man resisting to get into a police car. 

Mike Reilly disseminated the video, which shows the officers calling for assistance as onlookers demand the cops call an ambulance for the man, who is under arrest. 

According to the New York Post, the recorded incident surfaced hours after NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill claimed that a police slowdown when performing routine work would not occur in response to Officer Daniel Pantaleo’s termination from the force. Reilly, a former NYPD lieutenant, points to the video as proof that NYPD cops are slowing down their responses to routine calls in the wake of Pantaleo’s firing. 

Reilly told the Washington Examiner, “In that video, you hear the public who were filming it. They actually said, ‘Call him an ambulance.’ They all realize that isn't what's supposed to be done there. He is physically resisting getting put into a police car. So the arrest has not been fully effective at that time. The person is in custody, but he can’t be transported from there.” 

Following the firing of Pantaleo, the officer involved in the 2014 death of Eric Garner, the president of the Police Benevolent Association, Patrick Lynch, called on “all New York City police officers to proceed with the utmost caution in this new reality, in which they may be deemed 'reckless' just for doing their job."

MY COMMENTS: 

Trump supports police, not BLM. BLM has faded since Trump came around. He gives them no play. That’s uniting the country. Obama divided the country by supporting BLM. (They were NOT “irrelevant,” despite what Charles of Compton falsely claimed. 

Kamala Harris divides the country. But because she and Barack Obama are black liberal female-minded people, the media love them. 

And scumbags like Scaramucci and Joe Walsh and homosexual Mayor Pete Buttigieg (who kissed up to blacks in his town) are dividing the country with white weakness.

Proud Boys 'Guilty' in Antifa Fight; Pantaleo Fired; Illegals Sue ICE (Hake News, Tue, Aug 20, 2019)

(Drudge) Two Members of Proud Boys Found Guilty in Antifa Brawl… (Proud Boys are an international drinking fraternity aimed at encouraging pride in Western Civilization, masculinity, marriage and family, by Canadian talk show host Gavin McInnes. They’re known for defending innocent people from Antifa at Free Speech rallies in liberal cities like Berkeley, CA, and Portland, OR, where cops allow Antifa to run wild. Proud Boys are frequently smeared by CNN and liberals; Wikipedia calls them neo-fascist.) (NY Post) A jury found John Kinsman and Maxwell Hare guilty of attempted gang assault, attempted assault and riot stemming from the confrontation near the Metropolitan Republican Club following a speech by former Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes in October 2018. Both men face up to 15 years in prison and will remain free until their sentencing. Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr. (Democrat!) hailed the convictions as a blow against the rise of extremism and “mob violence.” Vance said in a statement,“As extremism rises in America, a Manhattan jury has declared in one voice that New Yorkers will not tolerate mob violence in our backyard.” Before the 2018 skirmish, about 60 protesters, including members of antifa, massed behind barricades to jeer McInnes’ address. To avoid a confrontation, cops had the Proud Boys head west on 83rd Street then south on Park Avenue, while they shepherded their opponents in the other direction.  As the Proud Boys approached East 82nd Street, they saw six suspected antifa protesters heading toward them and a brawl erupted. Prosecutor Joshua Steinglass argued at trial that the Proud Boys clearly instigated the combat. (How’d they instigate it if Antifa was heading toward THEM? Oh well.) Kinsman and Hare testified that they felt threatened and acted in self-defense. A total of 10 Proud Boys were charged in connection with the incident. Seven of them took plea deals, and one is still awaiting trial. The so-called victims in the case were never identified, and antifa refused to cooperate with the investigation. The liberal DA Vance said, “These defendants transformed a quiet, residential street into the site of a battle-royale, kicking and beating four individuals in a brutal act of political violence.” Gavin McInnes disavowed the Proud Boys, under the assumption that it would somehow help the case of the guys on trial. 

2. (Breitbart) NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo Fired over Eric Garner’s Death. (What a shame!) This was the #ICantBreathe incident exploited by Black Lives Matter agitators. A state grand jury declined to indict Pantaleo in 2014 — although the media claimed he put Garner in a so-called “chokehold” forbidden by department policy. Pantaleo has maintained that he used a legal takedown maneuver called the “seatbelt” on Garner. In July, the Department of Justice said it will not file federal civil rights charges against the NYPD officer involved in Garner’s death. But some dirty Women’s March activists were kicked out of a recent Democrat presidential primary debate for shouting at NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio, demanding that he fire the cop. The socialist mayor promised “justice.” Police Commissioner James O’Neill denied that de Blasio influenced his decision when he announced at a midday news conference Monday that he had fired Pantaleo, based on a recent recommendation of a department disciplinary judge. (Staten Island Live) That so-called judge, or “deputy commissioner of trials,” was Rosemarie Maldonado, age 62, a “woman of color” who was previously a judge at the city Human Rights Commission. 

   1. The New York Police Benevolent Association ripped the decision to fire the officer, saying in a statement: “Police Commissioner O’Neill has made his choice: he has chosen politics and his own self-interest over the police officers he claims to lead.”

(Drudge) Detained immigrants sue over conditions and medical care… (AP) “Immigrants” (sounds like they’re talking about illegals) held in U.S. detention facilities filed a lawsuit Monday decrying what they called shoddy medical care and a failure by authorities to provide accommodations for disabilities. In the suit filed by disability and so-called civil rights (which means far-left) advocates in U.S. District Court, immigrants (pretty sure they’re illegals) said they’re placed in isolation as punishment and denied recommended medical treatment and surgery. Some said they’ve been denied wheelchairs and a deaf detainee who communicates in American Sign Language said he has not been provided an interpreter. (Oh gosh!) The problems harm disabled immigrants and threaten anyone in one of ICE’s more than 50,000 detention beds who winds up getting sick or isolated from other detainees, said Monica Porter, staff attorney at Disability Rights Advocates, one of the organizations that filed the suit. “ICE cannot simply contract with third parties to operate its detention centers and then wash its hands of the deplorable, unlawful conditions in those detention centers,” said Tim Fox, co-executive director of the Civil Rights Education and Enforcement Center.

   1. The lawsuit filed on behalf of 15 immigrants from countries including Sudan and Mexico and nonprofits seeks to represent immigrant detainees across the country. The suit cites problems at eight facilities including a privately-run center in Adelanto California, and Teller County Jail in Colorado.

   2. An agency official said comprehensive medical care is provided to all detainees including dental and 24-hour emergency care. The number of immigrants in detention has grown in recent years. There are currently an average 55,000 immigrants in detention each day, according to ICE.

   3. One of the plaintiffs, Faour Abdullah Fraihat, has been detained in Adelanto for more than two years and lost vision in his left eye. Fraihat, 57, who has back and knee pain, said he was given a wheelchair but it was taken away after a month. For more than a year, he relied on officers to bring him food, the suit said. He said he fears returning to Jordan because he was threatened after converting to Christianity, supposedly.

2. (Drudge) Migrants getting sick at border… (San Diego Union Tribune) A 34yo Honduran mother and her 6yo daughter were quarantined for chicken pox in Tijuana, Baja, CA. The woman claims to have fled gangs in Honduras, spent a week in the U.S., and was sent to Mexico with her two children. (No word about the father.) Pastor Albert Rivera runs the Agape shelter in TJ. He said there were at one point up to 40 people with the highly contagious chicken pox, and a total of 73 people sick with other illnesses of the 225 migrants sheltered at Agape. Illnesses spread very quickly among migrants in Tijuana shelters. They get upper respiratory infections, scabies and stomach illnesses. Migrants come from different parts of the world and then stay together in close quarters in the same shelters, they may end up being exposed to certain illnesses for the first time.

1. (Drudge) STUDY: Athletes Perform Better Under Angry, Negative Coaches… Men’s History Month! (StudyFinds) Researchers at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business analyzed hundreds of halftime speeches and final scores from high school and college basketball games, and found that players seem to perform better after a harsh, more negative halftime speech from their coach. Researchers discovered a significant relationship between the level of negativity a coach projects during a halftime speech and second-half scoring outcomes. The more negativity, the more the team outscored their opponents — to a point. Lead researcher Barry Staw writes, “Rather than saying, ‘You’re doing great, keep it up,’ it’s better to say, ‘I don’t care if you’re up by 10 points, you can play better than this.’” … BUT… Whenever coaches displayed “extreme” bouts of anger, frustration, and negativity, it ended up hurting their players’ performances. 

   1. The research team gathered information by contacting over 50 high school and college basketball coaches in Northern California and asking if they would record their halftime locker room speeches for the purpose of the study. Many coaches were guarded and not open to the idea: “Coaches regard the locker room as their inner sanctum—so it was kind of an achievement just to get the tapes,” Staw explains. One coach even bowed out of the study halfway through because he believed the researchers’ recordings were bad luck. “The coach complained that every time we taped the game, they lost,” Staw says. In all, 304 speeches from 23 teams were used in the study. Each halftime pep talk was rated by the extent to which coaches expressed several different emotions, from positive (pleased, relaxed, inspired, excited) to negative (disgusted, angry, frustrated, afraid). 

   2. In addition to just analyzing speeches and game performance, the researchers also conducted a controlled laboratory experiment regarding self perceived motivation. A handful of select halftime pep talks were played for certain participants, who were then asked about how motivated they felt. Inline with the main study’s findings, negativity seemed to motivate participants, but only up to a certain level of intensity. When coaches became too angry or negative, motivation tapered off. … Staw and his team say that they believe negative emotion can be a more effective motivator than many currently believe. (So Jesse’s right to be hard on the blacks! And his production crew!) 

2. (Drudge) CHINESE SOCIAL CREDIT SCORE PREVENTS MILLIONS FROM BUYING PLANE TICKETS… (InfoWars.com) The Communist Chinese government is bragging about its social credit system preventing 2.5 million “discredited entities” from purchasing plane tickets and 90,000 people from buying high speed train tickets in the month of July alone. 

   1. Chinese citizens are punished by having their social credit score lowered for engaging in a number of different behaviors, including;
      – Bad driving.
      – Smoking on trains.
      – Buying too many video games.
      – Buying too much junk food.
      – Buying too much alcohol.
      – Calling a friend who has a low credit score .
      – Having a friend online who has a low credit score.
      – Posting “fake news” online.
      – Criticizing the government.
      – Visiting unauthorized websites.
      – Walking your dog without a leash.
      – Letting your dog bark too much. 

3.  BTW: (Drudge) Beijing lashes out at Taiwan over Hong Kong asylum offer… to so-called pro-democracy protestors. Taiwan, a self-ruled island that China considers its own territory, strongly supports the protests, and Hong Kong students in Taiwan held events over the weekend expressing their backing. Taiwan's president made the asylum offer last month, though it's not clear if requests have been received. A Chinese spokesman said Taiwan's offer would "cover up the crimes of a small group of violent militants" and encourage their "audacity in harming Hong Kong and turn Taiwan into a "heaven for ducking the law."

According to Mallory, the group "made the decision to stand up for Eric Garner and the sanctity of Black life," which is extremely laughable.

The rule governing Title X funding for family planning services reinstates President Ronald Reagan’s “Protect Life Rule,” which bars the “co-location” of federally funded family planning clinics and abortion clinics. Sheriffs are searching for 48-year-old illegal alien Bionel Cervin-Gomez, whom they said crashed into 22-year-old Courtney Belser who was eight months pregnant with a baby boy. The unborn baby died due to the trauma of the crash. Cervin-Gomez fled the scene of the accident after hitting Besler, who had her one-year-old in the vehicle as well. The 1-y-o was uninjured. The woman is upset at losing her son and said she felt like she could have had her baby that day. The suspect was previously deported to Mexico in 2000, so he’s a felon – reentry after being deported is a felony.

(Breitbart) Democrats Ready to Introduce Dream Act—Amnesty for ‘Millions’... on March 12, House Dems will reportedly introduce an expanded version of the Dream Act that will provide protections and a pathway to citizenship for “millions” of so-called Dreamers. (Breitbart) Exclusive: California Refused 5.6K Requests to Turn over Criminal Illegal Aliens to Feds – Dale Wilcox, the Executive Director of Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI), revealed that within a 27-month period, the state of California had failed to honor about 5,600 Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainers – which are the holds ICE agents file to local jails and police to request that an illegal alien be turned over to them for arrest and deportation.Of those 5600, more than 3,400 were lodged against illegals who had been classified “level 1” and “level 2” offenders –  charged with crimes like homicide, kidnapping, sexual assault, robbery, aggravated assault, drugs, and fraud. Recently (I previously reported), Napa County, California deputy Riley Jarecki was nearly killed by three-time deported illegal alien Javier Hernandez-Morales during a traffic stop after local officials refused to turn him over to ICE agents for deportation. Sanctuary county Napa’s “own deputy almost got killed as a result of its refusal to honor ICE detainer requests.”

2. (Breitbart) 7K Migrants Apprehended in One Week in Texas Border Sector – U.S. Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector reported apprehending nearly 7,000 migrants in a single week. On Wednesday alone, RGV Sector agents apprehended more than 1,300 migrants — marking the second time in as many weeks for this milestone. The majority are so-called “family units” and “unaccompanied minors” from Central and South America. In four months, Rio Grande Valley (RGV) agents apprehended 77,549 “migrants,” an average of 630 migrants apprehended per day, about 40 percent of all migrants apprehended in the nine southwest border sectors. (But it’s ok with Dems because “most illegals” are “overstayed visas.”)

Laquisha Jones, 30, brutally attacked a 92-year-old man Rodolfo Rodriguez with a brick was sentenced Tuesday, having been charged with felony counts of elder abuse and assault with a deadly weapon. A witness photo showed the woman holding a piece of concrete and walking with a young girl by her side. She was already on probation. Prosecutors said she could be charged with a hate crime because the 30-year-old told the man to “go back to your country.”

The 28-y-o actress appeared in a 12-minute social media video for the organization that seeks to “bring together conservatives” and “progressives.” RepresentUs is founded and funded by members of the Hollywood elite like JJ Abrams, Adam McKay, Steve Carell, Patton Oswalt, and Judd Apatow’s foundation (the scum of the earth), and the Tides Foundation, funded by George Soros. She said “F— you!” about Trump and called his election “the end of the world.” She said in Dec 2017 she’d throw a martini in Trump’s face.

(Breitbart) Twitter Warns Michelle Malkin for Violating Pakistan's Sharia Law – Twitter warned users around the world including past JLP show guest Michelle Malkin that their posts violate Pakistan’s Sharia Law and that they “may wish to consult legal counsel.” The email from Twitter Legal read: “We are writing to inform you that Twitter has received official correspondence regarding your Twitter account…. The correspondence claims that the following content is in violation of Pakistan law.” Michelle’s post was from 2015 that showed Muhammad cartoons, and her column on the Charlie Hebdo jihad massacre in Paris. Pakistan has strict blasphemy laws, with sentences ranging from imprisonment for life to execution.

A Twitter spokesman said they regularly help politicians get the most out of Twitter. The NowThis president advised on how to engage young voters on issues like immigration, criminal justice reform, and climate change. Biden will reportedly hire “at least 20 social media experts who would advise him” if he runs.

3. (Breitbart) YouTube Disables Comments on Videos Featuring Minors to Combat Pedo Problem. Google-owned video platform YouTube has disabled the comments on “tens of millions of videos” featuring minors, in an attempt to curb sexual predators on the platform. They reportedly disable comments on entire channels. Reports of YouTube’s pedophile problem led to several major advertisers pulling their ads, including McDonald’s, Nestlé, and Epic Games, and forced YouTube to take action.
