(0:17:56) Have you noticed... whatever you possess controls you. You're afraid of losing it. Whenever you possess anything or anyone, anyhow, you become afraid of losing it. You build a brick wall around you. Catholic & Orthodox possess Mary, afraid of losing Mary as well. These are MY thoughts!

(0:20:25) You possess your own thoughts, and you become afraid. Afraid of losing them. MY life, you say. Afraid of losing your life. Because you possess life.

(0:21:08) In reality, real reality, you don't possess anything, not even your own life. Not the Holy Spirit, or anything. But you've been taught and believe a lie, and live in fear. Afraid to offend the Holy Spirit, my religion, husband, wife, job, everything. Afraid of losing what you possess. Crazy, mental ill thing.

(0:22:09) Even worse, you truly believe there's someone there to possess something. You think you exist. And because you think you exist, you possess something. Happy about it: I'm moving! I'm getting married! In your mind you possessed it. When you get it you feel afraid and don't wanna lose it, and then you fight. With your wife, gf, bf, husband, afraid of losing it. Can't be good enough for them. And you try hard. Bad people date and marry bad people, and then they fight.

(0:23:42) What you don't know, there's no you. Life circumstances will bring in and out of your life exactly what you need. It will come and go naturally, if you could see there's no you. If you could only see there's no you, life would bring to you exactly what you need. Flow through you. If you don't possess it, you'll let it go. Finance or whatever.

(0:27:45) The real you exists but only in present. That's all that is. Everything else comes and goes.

(0:30:13) Why not live a free life, and don't try to hold onto anything? Possess nothing, and enjoy life — rather than suffer the rest of your life.
