Mon 2-26-24 Hr 1  Put a space with Trump. Sean B-day! Woman forgave mother.

Re: Last week’s BQ: What’s trapping you? Thoughts are trapping you. Thoughts are not your friend. They're not from God, and they're not from you. Thoughts are your enemy. Freedom comes when you stop identifying with thoughts.  //  New BQ: What is Hell?  //  It’s Female Monday!  //

Put a space between you and Trump. Human beings worship other human beings, and then blame the other human being. People get a thrill (All thrills are evil) attacking others. Like how they did Jesus. Trump won SC Primary in minutes (He looks well!)… Trump speaks to the blacks… Not one thing that should cause you to be angry.

Terri in OR pontificates a bit on forgiveness …  //  (Break)

Sean and Jesse again on Trump after break… Trump uses words consciously  //  Experts: Happy Birthday to “Pisces” / Christian Fish Sean the producer yesterday!  //

Back to Terri on mother; father died in 2016, he had mama trauma, never got over it, she laughs a few times in a funny way. She treated him the way her mother did. Stay with it and endure to the end.  //  Brandi in HI says her family’s bashing her on social media, she’s sick to her stomach  //

Mon 2-26-24 Hr 2  Bothered women callers. Dying man. Ex-Bible Thumper: Brother’s “gay”

Brandi in HI continues: She’s bothered by her husband’s kids going after her (lying about her on social media, she says). They’re evil, and she was evil for giving them free stuff, thinking she was good to them. The Devil is tempting you. Wish them well. Don’t judge them.  //  Asia in NY talks with her son Jecori (sp) about playing video games on his phone, she likens it to herself smoking cigarettes. She prays when she remembers. …  //

Eddie in NC (1st-timer, sounds more like a New Yorker) quotes from the Bible about what Russ brought up last week — If he says he has no sin, he is a liar, in 1 John, I believe. He says Jesse’s so right, though, and corrected him on anger. His grandma(?) was a Nazi. He thought his parents hated him because they were drunk every one of his birthdays, New Year’s Day. He’s been homeless, doesn’t have much time left to live. Keep on keeping on. Do the Silent Prayer. Seek ye first… Amazin’ testimony  //

John in CA is an ex-Bible thumper, his brother is “gay,” but not sure about it. His dad’s not for it. … GREAT CALL!  //

Mon 2-26-24 Hr 3  Mothers destroying children, beating/babying.

Evil uses women to destroy men. The gates of Hell are coming through the woman. … What mothers are doing to the souls of children is worse than abortion. CLIP: Ruby Franke story “YouTube mom” child abuse … A nice mother is as bad as her. She appears to be nice, and makes it look like the father’s the bad one. Some mothers don’t know they did it. Watch the thrills you get.

CLIP: Black female being evil to a young boy in school. A Christian mother traumatizes the children forcing the Bible down their throat. You can’t see what you’re doing b/c you won’t look at yourself. White people, you have no business accepting blame …  Babying is as bad as beating: Black single mother kisses 6yo boy …  //

Lee in NJ claims she loves her children. But she can’t answer how she knows she loves them. She mis-defines love. She then says Jesse has no love when Jesse tells her she has none.  //  Super Chats  //  Rick in Hampton, VA … (Jeffrey in MD (1st-timer) is on bluetooth) … Rick asks about church and kids and evil…

  • Evil NY jury goes after Wayne LaPierre and NRA  //  Nikki Haley losing hard  //

**Smearing NRA’s Wayne LaPierre

(CNN [really Sun] or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24)

A jury in New York found that the National Rifle Association mismanaged charitable funds when it failed to stop top executives, including longtime leader Wayne LaPierre, from diverting millions of dollars for lavish personal trips, no-show contracts and other questionable expenditures.

A jury found the National Rifle Association (NRA) and its former CEO liable in a civil corruption trial.

In 2020, the New York Attorney General’s Office (THE BLACK FEMALE DEMOCRAT LETITIA JAMES) filed a lawsuit against the NRA, a nonprofit organization, alleging its executives used the organization as a personal piggy bank. That includes former CEO Wayne LaPierre, who led the NRA from 1991 until earlier this year when he resigned. LaPierre allegedly used NRA cash to spend more than $270,000 on luxury suits, reportedly more than $5,000 at an Italian restaurant over 15 days, and about $800 on mosquito control for his home. Now, a jury has found the NRA liable for financial mismanagement and ordered LaPierre and another former senior executive to pay a combined $6.35 million. But the verdict arrives as the NRA faces even larger problems.

The NRA has long been one of the most powerful lobbying groups in the US — often pushing to expand gun rights. However, the association’s power and influence has weakened over the years amid an epidemic of mass shootings. There have been more than 50 mass shootings in the first seven weeks of 2024, per the Gun Violence Archive. Meanwhile, one poll found that nearly 60% of American adults want stricter gun laws. The NRA has seen things like a decrease in revenue, contributions, and grants. Fewer and fewer people are also signing up for an NRA card, as smaller gun rights groups expand. The NRA, which has seen infighting amid the allegations against LaPierre, now says it was “victimized by certain former vendors and ‘insiders’ who abused the trust placed in them.”

Nikki Haley losing hard

(CNN or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24) Whose Oval Office dream is slipping away…  Former UN ambassador Nikki Haley's. Over the weekend, Haley lost the GOP presidential primary in her home state of South Carolina, where she “served” as governor for six years. Haley lost by about 20 points to former President Trump, who has swept all the Republican contests so far. The result is amplifying the question: Why is Haley staying in the GOP race? After her loss in South Carolina, Haley said she’s staying in the race to give voters “the right to a real choice, not a Soviet-style election with only one candidate.” Haley has vowed to keep campaigning through Super Tuesday. She’s likely to suffer another loss before then, with Michigan's Democratic and Republican presidential primaries happening tomorrow. For his part, Trump says he’s “never seen the Republican Party so unified as it is right now.”

  • Hot out for some… Global Warming!

Weather outside

(CNN or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24) There is still less than a month left of winter, but most of the US won’t feel like it this week. Much of the central and eastern regions will see record-breaking heat, with some cities bracing for temperatures more akin to May or June than the end of February.

(CNN or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24) Human-caused global warming is fueling longer droughts and extreme weather events that are posing problems to communities around the world. Scientists say Mexico City, a sprawling metropolis of nearly 22 million people and one of the world’s biggest cities, may be just months away from “day zero” — when the taps run dry for huge swaths of the city. Experts say this comes as a result of several years of abnormally low rainfall, longer dry periods and high temperatures that have added stress to a water system already straining to cope with increased demand. In the coming weeks, Mexican authorities are expected to introduce significant restrictions on the water pumped from reservoirs ahead of the intense summer months

(PROBABLY MISMANAGEMENT, AND DROUGHT AND FAMINE HAPPENS, AND IT’S DOUBTFUL THEY CAN TRACE IT TO HUMAN BEHAVIOR, BUT DO YOU, COMMIES!)

**Illegal murderer U of GA

(CNN or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24) College students in Georgia are on edge after two tragic deaths on the University of Georgia campus occurred less than a day apart. A vigil will be held today for Laken Hope Riley, an Augusta University nursing student who was found dead after jogging on the UGA campus last week, as her suspected killer’s immigration status has drawn the scrutiny of Republican leaders — though there is little evidence indicating a connection between immigration and crime. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed Sunday that the suspect is a Venezuelan migrant (Jose Antonio Ibarra, 26) who is not a US citizen (CNN DOESN’T MAKE IT CLEAR BUT HE IS A BIDEN ILLEGAL ALIEN), prompting outcries from several Republican politicians demanding stricter immigration policies at the US-Mexico border.

(CNN Sun 2/25/24)  Campus police arrested a suspect in the killing of an Augusta University nursing student on the University of Georgia campus in Athens, authorities said. Jose Antonio Ibarra, 26, faces numerous charges in the death of Laken Riley.

*AT&T giving measly $5 for leaving people in the lurch all day!

(CNN or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24) AT&T is reimbursing customers a mere $5 for the network outage last week that left tens of thousands of people unable to place calls, text, or access the internet for nearly 12 hours. The mobile network said the credit is the “average cost of a full day of service.”

**Supreme Court on social media censorship

(CNN or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24) All eyes on what ladies call “The Supremes” (not the singers). Today, the so-called Supreme Court is expected to hear arguments in a pair of cases that could transform free speech on social media platforms like Facebook and X. In 2021, Texas and Florida each passed a law aiming to restrict how social media companies moderate content. The laws were in response to concerns that platforms were censoring conservative political views — an allegation that one report found to be false. But the tech industry says the laws infringe on their First Amendment rights to publish what’s on their platforms (ARE YOU A PUBLISHER OR A PLATFORM?). Now, it’s time for the high court to weigh in. A decision is expected in June.

Ukraine propaganda

(CNN or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24) US aid to Ukraine will be center stage this week as President Joe Biden prepares to meet Tuesday with top congressional leaders to discuss passing additional funding for the war-torn country. Biden, who visited Ukraine last year, has repeatedly framed the need to support the country against Russia as a matter of national security abroad and at home. In the face of congressional inaction on a package that includes $60 billion in aid to Ukraine, the president has directed his team to make the consequences “abundantly clear,” a US official told CNN. This comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told CNN on Sunday that “millions” could die if US lawmakers don’t approve the aid request for Kyiv. In a rare admission, he also said at least 31,000 Ukrainian soldiers have died in the war thus far.

Middle East

(CNN or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24) The Israeli military has submitted a plan to the war cabinet for “evacuating the population” of Gaza from areas of fighting amid warnings that an offensive on the southern city of Rafah will take place soon. Fears are growing in Gaza and across the international community over Israel’s planned offensive in the crammed city, which lies next to the shuttered border with Egypt, as more than a million civilians seemingly have no further place to escape. Meanwhile, Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh and his government announced today they have submitted their resignations after facing intense pressure from the US to reform and improve their governance in the Israeli-occupied West Bank.

*Other crap this week

(CNN [SUNDAY] or theSkimm Mon 2-26-24)

Tuesday: Michigan primary — Mich. state Supreme Court last year rejected an attempt to remove him based on the US Constitution’s “insurrectionist ban.” Rashida Tlaib is calling on residents to vote “uncommitted” in the primary (she’s Palestinian, so she’s anti-Biden).

Wednesday: Hunter Biden is scheduled to appear for a closed-door deposition

Thursday: Happy leap day (OR LEAP YEAR)! (Has it been four years already?) Ever wondered why leap years exist? Blame Julius Caesar.

Friday is Women’s History Month. (Also I wish government shutdown

Saturday: Idaho and Missouri hold their Republican presidential caucuses, and it’s the birthday of Theodor Geisel — better known as Dr. Seuss.
